I've just booked my flights, and I'm having a mild freak out! Re-watching all of your videos for reassurance (you also have such a soothing and calming energy) One-way ticket from the UK!💛✈
Hey! Thank you so much🥹 don’t worry, I was nervous before my trip too. Being nervous is good! You’re going to have so much fun in SEA trust me. It’s such a well-backpacked area. Prepare to make so many friends and life changing memories xoxo🩷
what a great video! another tip - I also land up saving up on unnecessary expenses like atm fees etc in South East Asia - using apps like ATM Fee Saver - it helps find atms with no fees or lower fees than others along with withdrawal limits etc. worth adding to your list of tricks!
Awesome video!! I'm doing the same countries + Australia and New Zealand starting next week!! Your videos have been great to watch. I would love to follow your planning process, packing, and vlogs from Central America!!
Hi Maja! Omg that will be an amazing trip. You’re going to have so much fun! Thank you for watching and your kind words🙂 stay tuned for Central America content!!
Hi Bianca! Thanks for watching. I love that album🙂 and the cover art is so cute so I love it on my wall. I hope you have an amazing time in Asia next year
Thank you🙂! That’s so funny you say that because I love Brooklyn 99 and I find sometimes when I’m super organized I share some Amy characteristics hahaha
So pleased that we have just subscribed to get you to 1000! Just before the new year too! :) This is such a good in depth, honest guide. Could have done with this before we came out here! Since you have made some great videos, i was wondering if you also like watching travel content. If you do, we would really appreciate some feed back on any of our videos to help us improve the quality of them. We would really appreciate it if you could find time to do this. Absolutely no problem if you don't, thanks for taking the time to read my comment :)
Thank you for the tips! Did you plan and book all of that in advance, including hostels and bus rides? Im having trouble deciding between scheduling everything or kind of going with the flow and booking stuff on the go
I planned my hostels and transport about half in advance. Totally not needed though (I’m just more of a planner). It would be smart to know the route you want to take and HOW to get from city to city so you’re aware. And then some people just go with the flow and move cities when they feel like they’re done with the current one. All this depends on how much time you have of course🙂 hope that helps!
Yes if you leave the country and go back in I believe it resets! I’m not sure though cause I just stayed for my 30 days and then left. Maybe check the Thai government website! I know people who stayed longer and I think they just applied for a longer visa
I’m not sure! I didn’t track my spending on this trip. How long do you plan to travel for? I did make a video about backpacking Central America where I break down how to budget in general that might help.

where did you stayed at in canggu or ubud?
I’m Canggu I stayed at “The Farm Hostel” and I’m Ubud I stayed at “Puri Garden Hostel”
What are the names of the hostels that you stayed? I loved the video! I’m planning to go later this year ❤❤
I have a Southeast Asia playlist and in each of my vlogs for every city I say where I’m staying🙂
Thanks! I'll check it out
How does the visa work if you I want to travel for more than 30 days? Does it just reset when you go over a border and back

How much did you spend in total?
