I have a pretty good axel, but learning double sal has been a challenge. Particularly with crossing my legs. Somehow I have a very hard time with that and even with my axel they could be crossed better. Any tips on that? I know some of it is fear and some of it is rushing the takeoff... any ideas to correct this I am open for!!

Clockwise skater here, reminding myself to reverse all of the instructions... Getting confused... Listening again and watching with a mirror...
Ahh yes the clockwise might be confusing. Would it be helpful to mention the clockwise arms and movement when doing these videos?

The students just drag their toe picks when taking off lmao. Also inside edges are non-existent.
