Smoked a very well marbled ribeye steak from my FIL's Charolais/Angus hybrid cattle farm on my pellet grill last week. Dude....that was up there with the Wagyu ribeye I had years ago. It's either the 2nd or 3rd best steak I ever had. Salt, pepper, and some ground espresso for seasoning and bark. 10/10.

A nice veggie for grilling is Zucchini. Just slice them in half lengthwise ,a bit of olive oil ,cracked pepper and kosher salt. They carmalize real nicely.They are grill candy. Try the same thing with Romaine lettuce for a grilled Caesar "salad". Cut the Romaine heads lengthwise, char them up and sprinkle parmesan cheese and splash a bit of dressing on the lettuce halves(boats) while lettuce is still on grill. Char em up with those steaks.
