This chair is of great comfort for me, compared to the old mesh chair I had for 10 plus years.

@@RU-vk4mh I ended up buying the M18 and I absolutely love it! I think with chairs like these it's very different for everyone because we are all different shapes and sizes however for me it's great. My wife loves it too and is actually planing on buying the exact same model and color (I bought it in white) as mine for when we move in our new house. I can definitely recommend it

Just ordered today. Expected delivery date is 8th April 2024. I’m bit concern about the depth which is 17.72 as I have 6:2 height and my previous chair was very uncomfortable. It would be helpful if you tell how tall you are so that I can assume whether it will work for me or not🙏🏻

So I got this chair a few weeks ago, but the lumbar support was killing me and I had to take it off , It was digging into my back a bit too much. But, ikd if I just had an incorrect configuration (althou I tried many) and since This is my first ergonomic chair Idk how much blame is on me, the chair or just the shape of my back, I feel like im missing out in the lumbar support feature, is there anything else I can do?. Any help from anyone is apreciated. Im 175cm (5"9) if that helps.
The lumbar support can be adjusted. You can dial the knob behind to make it more forward or backward.

@@EnriqueMartinez-hf9bs Maybe this chair isn't for you then. For me it's very comfortable. If I keep turning the dial to the right, I almost don't feel the lumbar support anymore.
I'm having the same problem. Even when it's dialled all the way back, my back starts aching. I've tried moving it up and down and front and back to no avail
yo my weight is aroung 90kg to 100kg, this chair will be durable on me or it can brake if i stay long hours on it, im 5.6 btw

Has nothing to do with the chair, but did you ever find a fix for your screen brightness in your recording software at 2:37 ? Asking cause I’ve had this issue forever and no clue what is causing it.

Hi, I'm thinking of buying this... what is the lowest possible height the armrests can go with the chair at its lowest setting (in inches)? I have a custom built desk and most (including my current) chairs do not fit under my desk. Thank you
The minimum distance between the handrail of this product and the ground is about 24.6in. You can check the height of the desk from the ground to determine whether it matches.

It’s a horrible chair, height adjustment doesn’t work
That means it’s defective so you need to do a warranty claim on it
