I hope you make a video with a numerated steps Thanks in advance
No they can not. Dependants of 494SESR Visas will have condition 8579 imposed on them. This requires the holder to live/work/study in a designated regional area.
I am still overseas but have positive assessment outcome as CAFE & RESTAURANT MANAGER. Now looking for a sponsor for this 494 visa. Can you suggest anyone who can help me in that ?
Hi, If you have any chance to get into Australia with a visa that allows you to work (could be working holiday visa. student visa) it will help the research of an employer willing to sponsor you.
I live and work in Portugal since last 2 years. I have the experience of working in the kitchen for more than 3 years. I am interested in 482 visa. Since the rules are going to change from November, should i start the process now or wait for november change ?
Thak you for this video!! My husband working in Regional area on 482, he will complete 45 years 1 month and half before complete 2 years at the company, he will able to apply for 186? Or should him aply before for 494? Please
186TRT has a limit in age, your husband must be under 45 years of age at the time that the visa application is lodged. 494 would be a better choice but please check with a migration agent before deciding which way to go.
We can't answer this question here as we need to understand why it got refused. Please arrange a consultation with our agents Fermesk or Stefania via this link greenwingsmigration.com.au/book-a-consultation/

Thank you very much! Step 1: The employer applies to become an approved sponsor or joins a work agreement. Step 2: The employer nominates a role from the 494 Occupation List and identifies the visa applicant. Step 3: The applicant must meet visa requirements for English, work experience, skills, health, and character. At the time of application: You have at least 3 years of full-time, post-qualification work experience in your nominated occupation. You hold a valid positive skills assessment (typically valid for 3 years unless otherwise specified). You are under 45 years old, unless exempt. You meet the English language requirement with a minimum score of 6.0 in each part of IELTS, or equivalent scores in PTE, OET, TOEFL iBT, or Cambridge English: Advanced. The visa application must be lodged by yourself or a registered migration agent. Good luck! And if you have more doubts , get in touch with me directly: calendly.com/d/438-vkq-24s
