Well done. The little one is probably crawling by now although you can't tell with babies. One of my neighbours has 16 month old twins. One of them was trying to walk and climb at 9 months. The other stayed sitting and rolling until 14 months. Now they're both tearing around at 100 miles an hour 😀 and in different directions too.

I was thinking the same thing. Oddly enough, my name is also Rhandi but I was thinking about how good it would have made me feel if one of my judges had said something like that to me when I was in active addiction. I went from never being in trouble, always working 2-3 jobs, college graduate and married to a soldier for 5 years to divorced, addicted and in trouble in less than 1 year. Luckily, I found my way back out but it sure may have helped to hear someone believed in me still. Not that it’s anyone else’s responsibility to do that. But I was lost and struggling and struggled to find a hand to help me out of the hole I had dug.

One of the thing that gets really painful in watching these trials is the shortage of literacy when it comes to technology in our court system. In the last trial with Judge Simpson, Prosecution should quickly submit all audio files captured in a Windows Media Player playable format (WAV, mp3, etc.) to Defense council.

If the attorney sent the spreadsheet over as a FILE, instead of as a printed copy, the defense attorney would most likely be able to figure everything out. This is because you can rearrange the data by clicking on ANY column and then click on SORT. That way she would be able to put them in any order she wanted, date, alphabetical or any other fashion.

If you are sick of getting high and that lifestyle, sometimes jail is the push you need. Considering withdrawal is so hard, being trapped somewhere is a good way to get through it. Im a recovering addict. I've been stable for 6 years or so. If you are struggling, just know you are worth it. It's not going to be easy.. you'll have to build up all the relationships you've lost. My one word of advice is that if people aren't ready to forgive you yet, don't give up. You have to prove that you've changed, and that takes time.

She needs to supeona the data base organizer and the IT department. Having worked at more than one company that monitors calls in and out, there is no way the calls cannot be sorted to match the spreadsheet. If the DA has a copy of the spreadsheet that contains a link to the described call, then they can send an copy that has working links. The DA is eithor letting the database keeper not do the html links correctly, or they are deliberately not giving the required information in a usable form. I quit the database admin course, it was give that enough effort or keep my job. Roof and eating won.
