Independent contractors will be his best option for employment.

For a start we need more detention centers as Youth crime here is getting so bad. We dont seem to have the resources or not enough Social workers who can support these youngsters and stop them heading into crime. Our Laws seem very soft compared to yours as the UK are adamant that any Child cannot be charged as an adult under the age of 16 years regardless of the crime and that can include murder. Our country needs proper investment into building centers for the young criminals in the hope they can be given an opportunity to learn by their mistakes. I wish we had the system you have over there as i saw in a documentary one time whereas your young offenders were given the opportunity to go with the Army instead of Prison but if they broke the rules the offender would go back to jail and do the sentence. We need that kind of rehabilitation for our defenders here too. @Karensincourt
