The Golden Era of bodybuilding had non of this equipment and in my opinion, they were much better. Dorian, Ronnie and Jay. Not always about the equipment it’s about the operator.

hany is a master at scouting out genetic phenoms with the potential to be multi year champions. This kid's structure is insane, he's definitely got the genetics to go very far.

@@payamux8933 I hate to sound naive, but I “assumed” being enhanced meant you’d gain way more muscle mass and faster recovery. I don’t know gear actually allows you to push to new thresholds

@@qtate78it does allow you to push through ur workouts more because it allows to recover quicker. Which in turn allows you to become stronger faster, and push harder than last time, faster.

is there a benefit to flexing the chest muscles like that after a workout? "squeeze that upperchest", stuff like that just to flex on the video or is there something beneficial to it post workout?
