how long before you get a chest?
assuming they are natural, which i personally believe jizzy is but not shizzy; wouldnt this be considered overtraining? for example: say they hit chest again in 3 to 4 days wouldnt the chances be that they would still be sore due to the intensity, thus wouldnt lowering the intensity a bit allow them to target the muscle twice rather than once therfore being more appropriate for muscle growth?
