Welcome to the Honda world of touge minus the FF layout. Na 200hp vs turbo beasts and still keeping up pretty good.
The 86 did weigh around 980kg which is pretty light, especially around a tight mountain pass where weight plays a huge factor more so than power. Though the 86 did post a faster sector time, the FD managed to win because of the power advantage, it would also pull away especially on the high speed section of the course. That 86 is a pretty quick car nonetheless

How do you win a touge?
James Alva you have to try and create a gap to the chase car if you're the lead driver and if you're the chase car you need to stay on his tail lights
creating a noticrable gap between you and you oponent.
if the oponent goes kising your tail oponent wins.
if the 2 cars running make similar times in the course and the gap is stable in the race is a draw. if draw happens the car who make better times in curves is winner
