P-Bandai kits commonly end up on the Japanese secondary market because people inevitably buy too many kits total, have massive backlogs, realise there's no way they can build them all and therefore sell some to get more space in their otherwise tiny apartments.
i just seen the commander type who use the gn buster sword you can see at andrei final momen when he chop his gn-x iv hand that had been corrupted by els and proceed to fight the big els with gn buster sword
facts: the gnx iv never came out as a standard release the weapons it comes with were shown along with it in the 00 movie ps anyone else getting ideas for making an ELS version
Honestly still miffed they didn't release the IV at the time of the movie, that would have been the correct marketing move, but alas, Bandai Just gonna wait for the Commander colors if they ever get around to it
if it helps Zaku that opening shield is suppose to mount on the shoulder and the open mode is a GN Energy shield the sword is suppose to mount on the shoulder also
First off, cool review! Love the look of the later versions of the GN-X. Haven't built my Striker GN-X yet, but very soon! Secondly, can anyone tell me what's the title from one of Zach's videos where he talks about commission work: how to set a price for commissions and all those important details. A link to said video would be helpful as well. Thank you.
The thing is that the HG GN-XIV (or GNX 4) was never made into an actual kit since the movie came out. I’m curious if bandai will use this kit or frame for the standard GN-XIV and GN-XIV Commander Type
Those 2 pieces in the shields are Grenades apparently and why some say it normally doesnt come with the Buster Sword in that its usually for Commander Units which i basically a Dark grey and white color scheme with more attachments than the Standard GN XIV which usually sports the Short Rifle and Shields.
the gn buster sword should be placed on the same peg as the gn shield....in the movie it has eather 2 shield or 1 shield and the sword (sorry for the bad english and i love you're reviews)
Does anyone know where I can find this guy I looked all over but can't find them or find him for too high of a damn price.😡 starting to get frustrated please help I literally waited years for the HG kit of this to finally come out and now I still can't buy it
are p-bandai kits really that common in japan? if i stepped into any Mandarake store am i guaranteed to find p-bandai stuff? Just asking cuz imma be going to japan soon
Would you say that p bandai by in large are good kits. with this not being the norm quality wise? i pre ordered the hguc woundwort and i don't usually spend as much as what im going to spend on this hg. i hope i dont get burned.
Having handled a lot of P-Bandai myself as a seller, they're like any other kit, really. The appeal is mostly in the limited release. As for the Woundwort, I have a lot of concern it's quite sticker heavy. Nobody outside Bandai knows what it looks like unpainted, but having a good idea of the realities of manufacturing, I have my concerns.
It's true that it's a new mold (and this isn't as much) but notice how the Woundwort is unable to support the beam rifle in every photo? Manufacturing still has to be done to a budget as they want to hit specific price points and production deadlines. The front skirt for the Gundam M91 is quite sticker heavy despite being a new part. The reality is they still manufacture to constraints and there are tradeoffs to be made.
@The Hangar Bay: Took a closer look at the Woundwort and I could easily make out the stickers on that kit (the small pipe accents and fins on the head), and now I'm starting to worry about it. The Composite Rifle being so massive also worried me a bit, but the MS's design is to blame for it since it has spindly arms and is meant for space (hell, I'm fairly certain that my 1/100 resin Woundwort will have that issue as well). I now feel like they're going to pull a deep striker on us after giving the images a closer look and using the HGUC Hazels as a benchmark.
Premium Bandai has always confused me even when people complain about it it seems like no one not even Bandai knows what they want to do with this service
look how they massacred my boy GNX-IV is my favorite mass-production MS but I don't think that favoritism would be enough to justify ever purchasing this mess.

That is very interesting to know.

Looks nice, a different design something that in gunpla world is really appreciated
Nice review bro!!! I actually really like this kit and I'll probably grab it...
GN stickers... GN seamlines...
I think when the 2 shields open up it creats a small GN field they show that in the movie when the ELS try to attack them at the final battle
I think the shields open up to release GN particles to produce a GN Field.
I get the kit isn't the best, but it's nice bandai decided to release the GN-XiV in kit form.
Honestly still miffed they didn't release the IV at the time of the movie, that would have been the correct marketing move, but alas, Bandai
Just gonna wait for the Commander colors if they ever get around to it
This would look amazing with a Matte coat
if it helps Zaku that opening shield is suppose to mount on the shoulder and the open mode is a GN Energy shield the sword is suppose to mount on the shoulder also
I love the GN-X IV, even if it's based on an older kit, it's one of those P-Bandai kits that I want but wasn't able to buy because they're sold out :(
The shield separates to make it look like it has its GN Field deployed.

Off topic but I would really really love to see a HG Baund Doc sometime
I always wanted one of these, and I wish I could get it for less than $50...
Can't wait to combine the Orge and Striker together.
I wonder how one would go about adding a double joint to its elbows. Because honestly the arm joint is pretty show accurate.
This kit has a big banana in between, shouldn't have gone with the yellow-brown color for that cockpit hehe
Hey Zaku Aurelius, the large sword belongs to the Commander Type GNX-4 from Gundam 00.
The thing is that the HG GN-XIV (or GNX 4) was never made into an actual kit since the movie came out. I’m curious if bandai will use this kit or frame for the standard GN-XIV and GN-XIV Commander Type
This IS the GN-XIV just in different color. Just paint it or wait for another P-bandai recolor.
Those 2 pieces in the shields are Grenades apparently and why some say it normally doesnt come with the Buster Sword in that its usually for Commander Units which i basically a Dark grey and white color scheme with more attachments than the Standard GN XIV which usually sports the Short Rifle and Shields.
Yeah, andrei used one to try destroy the els
The GN Sword mounts in the same spot the shields do.
the gn buster sword should be placed on the same peg as the gn shield....in the movie it has eather 2 shield or 1 shield and the sword (sorry for the bad english and i love you're reviews)
love the look of it but the green doesn't seem much for me, how's work on that Ziegler going?
I can see this being like the AN-01 Tristan.
Bro doesn’t know he can store the buster sword on the shoulder. He probably already figured that out, but still
Does anyone know where I can find this guy I looked all over but can't find them or find him for too high of a damn price.😡 starting to get frustrated please help I literally waited years for the HG kit of this to finally come out and now I still can't buy it
Wish this got a MG!
It looks like the hyakuren from ibo
What’s the height for this GN-X? 14cm?
could I maybe get this kit in mandarake ?
Awesome!!
that articulation though.
are p-bandai kits really that common in japan? if i stepped into any Mandarake store am i guaranteed to find p-bandai stuff? Just asking cuz imma be going to japan soon
Icelord it really depends on the store and when you go. Theres no definitive answer so dont get your hopes up.
Are there any other kits with orange beam sabers?
Zeiner Perez Every GNX has those
I love the gnxiv's look but damn making it pban means it's too expensive outside of Asia
i think another GN-X IV variant made will the ELS version.
Definitely thought this was called the GN-14 😶
you could turn the extra head into an els head
Bode Lights

Well, this is reusing a rather old mold, whereas the Woundwort is a brand new mold so there shouldn't be too many issues.

I can't for the GN-X Ogre kit to come out.
Mfw I'm realizing I'll be lucky if i'm ever able to get one of these.
:(
Well get an MG of this before we get one of the other Meister's suits lol
The sword go to shoulder
Premium Bandai has always confused me even when people complain about it it seems like no one not even Bandai knows what they want to do with this service
While it does look pretty cool, a P-Bandai with that many points of mediocrity seems wrong.
Tristan!!!!!
Why does it look like a broccoli
Half Cubed Probably because the Renato brothers have bad taste in colors.
look how they massacred my boy
GNX-IV is my favorite mass-production MS but I don't think that favoritism would be enough to justify ever purchasing this mess.
