I get that they probably didn’t have access to the IBO Season 2 mechs, but does anyone else think that the Helmwige Reincar would have fit Ogre perfectly? The horned mech with an iron club and an even bigger sword really fits the motif and would have been super cool to see an obscure mech like that given new life methinks.

Perhaps it can be done by sticking a flexible metal wire [like the ones used for clothes/laundry hangers OR as a binder for steel rods used for construction] to imitate that attack maneuver... Refer to Gundam Build Divers-Episode 2: Chaotic Ogre- bet. 15:19-15:22.
I am thinking very geometric patterns on main armor in matte gun metal, gull gray, and light gray. Then the main "trim parts" like the pauldrons, cod piece, and anklets a true matte black. The subframe will be detailed with silver and red and yellow for caution areas. Dang, I actually have a MG Bawoo that would look good like that too!

Great review as always. Regarding the model. I don't see any character in the build divers kits. Everything fills like an amateurs kit-bash. Also It feels like Bandai is using these models to train new modellers. There I said it.

Articulation is kinda weak, but I do so love the look of this kit. Super bummed we haven't gotten a model of the...dunno if I'm spelling any of this right...GP-Rase-Two. That's the spelling on the wiki at least. Though given how old the most recent GP-02 HG is it might be better that we didn't get it.

That articulation is disappointing where Bandai has made leaps in bounds in model engineering in the past few years. This is a good-looking model taking a step back when it comes to the technical stuff.
Maybe because its base is the OG Gn-X from 08? So Unless we get a HG remastered Gn-X I won't hold my breath on ever seeing modern articulation in any Gn-x.

Weird mine doesn't it's a brick that I can't get cool poses out of but it's still more sold on its feet than any of my other non gundam 00 kits.
