What city was this filmed in? I noticed that in some parts the presenter sounds like she pronounces the initial "n" sound of some words as an "l". For example, at 1:56, it sounds like she pronounces "niangao" as "liangao". I know that this is a common feature of Hong Kong Cantonese -- is it just a southern Chinese thing in general?
