2:12 Robot gently closes the door after it finishes painting. I love it.
Ya'll built my '23 CR-V and it's great!
All Day, Every Day. Never Stops!
Harley 4 Ever u do this
The 2012 Civic LX is my car. Thank you, Honda! Here’s hoping mine lasts a long time.
I use to work there till I moved. Great place to work. The are big on quality.
The are big on quality? 🥴
Do they make good cars ? is the engine a good engine? why is there a fuel dilution issue with the 1.5L in the CRV's
How was it? I'm actually starting there soon. Was looking for info. Feel free to dm me or comment too
Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha
Very Nice
What fluids do they use from the factory? Do they use Honda branded oil?
me encanta ver este tipo de hobra hombre y maquinaria en acción ojalá algun día pudiera estar presente
Hola Grxia Es obra sin H
As long as you do it legally!
Nice cat and company
sounds like someone was playing laser tag
I am hoping to work there in the fall of 2018.
Did you ever get the job ?
@@romansroad2007the world will never know
please am having a gear problem with my Honda car accord Automatic, The Gear will not change until it get to 4000r/mins and the fuel consumption is high. we be glad if anyone can update me on how to solve the issue
Is your D light flashing??? Its important to know..
Speak to your dealer or look at your warranty info. This is just the process on how they are made. Once they exit this building, it’s in your hands. Not anyone else’s.
In a way, you can say these workers are not only skilled workers but also mechanics.
I don’t think so. They look it maybe ???
Wtf are you talking about?
If they were mechanics they wouldn't be wasting their skills for twenty bucks an hour as a temp.
How come the cars are all the same colors?
I think They make Batches of the same color then switch to a different one later on.
I start in about two weeks. I am wondering exactly what I’ll be doing and what orientation is like I was told I’ll have to wait a year before Honda actually hires me. I’m going through a company called Kelly. I’ve heard all good things. My plan is to stay here until I retire. Hopefully it’s not temporary and it can be permanent. Does anybody have any advice?
Good luck!
It’s too bad the Civic Si isn’t built at this plant in Indiana.
I guarantee you those paint imperfections don't take only 10 - 20 seconds to get rid of.
Not when the entire area has to be repainted.
There are thousands of cars waiting to be fixed at any given time.
Those robots were old and junk when they got them. People spend their weekends fixing errors that should never have existed.
It takes a long time to fix those paint defects, and at the end of the day, the bumpers and bodies arent painted with the same paint and thus dont match. Look at any civic or crv and pay attention.
Do they make Civic Si there?
I don't know, I know they do at Honda of Canada Manufacturing.
@@brunor.1995 Thanks for responding.
Hatchbacks are made at the Indiana plant and sedans are made at the Ontario plant
No.
HONDA IS MORE INTELLIGENT THAN GENERAL MOTORS. VERY AMAZING !
sry uncle
Why do the workers wear uniforms at Honda but not at the American owned car factories ?
Its the Japanese culture. Most Japanese companies make everyone wear the same uniforms rather you are in upper management or a machine operator. I work for a Japanese company who actually makes the hub, transmission, and differential bearings for cars including this plant here. (Actually my plant is located about a 45 minute drive from this plant.) Anyways, all of us there wear the exact same uniform.
That why you don’t ruin your clothes and it looks more professional.
Remids me of a great movie Gung Ho. To this day I still wonder how the quality of assembly is realistically compared the ones made in Japan?
In the non-union Japanese factories here in the USA the quality is 98% there when compared to products from Japan. What makes this possible is the "culture" inside the company as well as the values of the people doing the work.

Thanks. As a long time faithful Honda\Acura fan that wants nothing more than to see the brand succeed, that’s great to hear. And thank you Honda for still giving us small group of enthusiast manual transmissions and coupes : ).
congratulations!.....15 thousand cars!!
@@brettryan3298 alot has changed in 3 years.
There are two leading (Advanced) automated car manufacturing in the world. the first most efficient and well-engineered is European car manufacturing. 2 the Japanese which is very close to the European standard.
I hate to say this as an American. but the worst automated car manufacturing is right here in the US. even today in 2020.
if you look closely at the process of car manufacturing and assembly in a European plant you will see a huge difference at the End product. same for Japanese. but Here in the US automated car manufacturing is YEARS behind the rest.
in the US the workers are not as well trained. automation engineering is Very poor, to say the least. very poorly organized and inefficient.very poor quality control. giving the customer a much inferior product.
(automotive unions destroyed this country's ability to compete)
US workers have to be thankful for Japanese engineers who take bigger pride in their products. manufacturing cars right here in the US.
so at least learn from them. but even that is not being done.
It always baffled me. why the quality & engineering of an American car is inferior and less efficient. after all. most of the car manufacturing is all automated. by CNC (which is a dying trade here in the US)
its time to hire better far better engineers. and Far better quality control.
The japanese should take back control of their US plants. The "American management" is running honda and their quality standards straight under. I came back to Honda year ago. I left in 2007. The difference is huge! Quality is out the window! Times have changed and it's time for the Japanese to take over their company again. It is like night and day😢 😢😢😢
HONDA : FABRICA : EM U.S.A.
VARIOS MODELOS SÃO MONTADOS
IN U.S.A. 🚗🚙🚗🚙🚗🚙🚗🚙🚗🚙🚗🚙🚗👍👍👍👍👍👍😄😃😀😃😄😀
Legal!
I wonder how many of the workers actually own/drive a Honda.
Quite a few but not as many as you would think. I would guestimate around 10% maybe a little more.
I have run in and out of the different plants for Toyota and Honda, I see the employee parking lots and figure the employee discounts must not be up to par because their is not much loyalty to the brands.
I don’t think many, after all, it’s just a job... they can buy any car with that money
Very few.
If you worked there for any length of time you wouldn't buy one of the cars either.
Some of those older dudes are squinting. Not good.
Bragging rights go to the guy or gal who drives them off the line. "I was the first one to drive every single one of these cars".
Also the first one to fart on the seat
Impressive- Not many employees over 50
Not on camera, but yes, I would say about 30% of us over 50.
look at that, its all robots.
its just a matter of time.
At 2:38 mark was some very awful editing. Looked like it was CGI. Terrible!!!!🤔
