So a lot of things I want to ask of you lol
Firstly, I really want to see another red dead 2 video from you, AND I really want you to do online again as well
And a few tips for both modes so you are better equipped
For hunting in red dead it doesn’t focus on heart or lung shots morely on hits shots that kill so head shots
There are 4 weapons in the games basically made for hunting
But you get all of them way late in the story (story mode, so online is technically better for hunting)
This I why I think you should grind online of camera and get enough money to buy these weapons online where they are unlocked and you can hunt better
The weapons are, bolt action rifle, rolling block rifle, carcano rifle, and bow
Whenever you go for a kill shot always aim for the head, with smaller animals sometimes it’s a 50:50 for body shot but aim for the head nonetheless
Another thing you should get for birds and smaller animals is the varmint rifle, it is made for hunting only small animals because shooting a big animal with it will destroy the quality
You can always view the quality of an animal buy looking at it with binoculars or just focusing on it with your aim button
There will be stars on the bottom right corner showing the quality and if you use the right guns and hit them in the neck or head then you will keep the quality
Some animals don’t start with three stars so usually I would hunt only the three stars
Also one spot I love to hunt at is the top left side of the map
Not the snowy area but the bank where it goes as far west as possible while still being on the north side
Sorry this is so much to read and I’m a bit of a red dead nerd so I hope this helps for your next video
PS: online just had there Halloween update so that would be fun to see too in the background kinda
