I hope this is at the university of texas where maria went to before she went missing, I hope we find easter eggs to maria like maybe visit the department t where she studied photography where they could have a picture frame of honoring her and her memories, and we could visit the dorm where Maria stayed in.
One thing I’m nervous is abt is que times cuz they all bad rn so having a whole other mode take more groups of players, they need to fix all the bugs and js push out good quality content
I agree, I hope that both modes receive the support they need and one isn’t just dropped for the other. Since the new mode requires 6 victims and only 1 killer, I’m guessing queue times might actually improve for the regular mode and balance out the player ratio

It’ll certainly depend on how things go, I think for the first few weeks/months people will prioritize the new game mode, but once new content for the standard mode comes out people will likely make their way back to it. Plus, players who like to play in family squads probably won’t enjoy this new mode as much so maybe even lobby times could be better in the long run? With it being a 1v6, he’s definitely going to have to have some strength/good abilities to tackle everyone lol
Honestly, yes! As much as I love being able to play as Maria, I truly miss the mystery and theorizing behind all of it. Some might say they shouldn’t repeat it but I’d love to see another storyline about someone else who went missing and their loved ones/police/anyone looking for them. Now that the Maria story is over, I think they’ve got more room to tell other stories

I have a script I created that I could send you which sally a few years later living in isolation now at some point someone drives up to which he’s actually a family member to ana and maria who is name is Juan Flores there cousin from there dad side of the family.
Hopefully they’ll allow you to keep Johnnys ‘Tunnel Snakes’ jacket (😂, if you know you know) in the actual game as a new skin. As far as victims, I could see horror movie ‘stereotypes’ jocks, nerds, goths, etc. And I can see Johnny having the position of power, while the victims are whatever, I think it would only be fair, especially since it’s 1 versus 6. Either way I’m excited, Johnny is my favorite family member to play, and my favorite to play against, so I’m excited to play both sides.

It's going to be massively imbalanced and Johnny players are going to suffer. 2. It's going to be massively imbalanced and victim players are going to suffer. 3. This is a test to add environmental kills, similar to Friday the 13th. 4. Johnny will have health just like Victims. Thanks to cheaters oddly enough, we've discovered that Family members are also coded to have health, though theirs can never be dropped to 0 and has no clause for when that might happen. This could be a mode to allow for victims to fight back and defeat Johnny. More than one of these might be true, none of them might be true. I just foresee that at least one of them will be true.

Something tells me Johnny isn’t the killer😅Maybe it’s the 6 people in the house that have access to knives from the kitchen😅Also if it’s a school building there will most likely be baseball bats,hockey sticks,brooms something for self defense

Nah haha I enjoy playing him from time to time but I tend to play more of Sissy, sometimes hitch or LF if I’m willing to listen to the loud saw lol

Why are they tryna copy other games why don't they just fix what they got and add on to that rather have more whether options different maps fixed perks let us customize clothes let us unlock new goofy funny outfts by ranking up instead of paying for it its kinda crazy i a the community page not a single person ask the devs to basically copy friday DBD or friday the 13th i dont understand how this isnt lazy asf
They want to stay true to the vision of The Texas Chain Saw Massacre story and franchise. I think adding a new mode will not only be a good refresh for the game, but also allow them to tell more parts of the story with Johnny. I could definitely see them giving us more fun cosmetics in this new mode and having more creative liberties with it. Some people don’t want to play DBD and Friday is nearing its end, so I think it’s a great idea to introduce a new way to play and I’m excited to check it out
