    Would love to see a comparison in the future of Mars, spider farmer and this light.

    Hi brad! Do you have any experience with the Mars Hydro TS1000 grow light? I'm deciding between the one in this video and that one. Any thoughts?

      Hi Yes I do have a few Ts1000. I would say the Visual colour Spectrum of the XS1500 is nicer and it is Way more solid. The unit probably has twice the weight.

    How long should Phals have grow light on per day

    • @BradsGreenhouse
      @BradsGreenhouse  3 года назад

      About 10-12 hours in general. This led would have to be dimmed.

    The ViparSpectra XS1500 Grow light looks amazing and your Cephalotus collection is really incredible, thanks so much for sharing Brad and sending you lots of love and PLANT POWER from across the Emerald Isle XXXX

    Has anybody tried the Garpsen T5 Growlight? I think buying a Mars Hydro, Spiderfarmer etc. would be a bit overachieving for ten medium-light orchids on a southwest windowsill. The PPFD values seem suited to me, because the planttops would only be 4" below the light with most leaves being around 8" away and receiving 206 ymol/m^2s

    Wow you have a LOT of cephalotus! I just got my first one last week! How about a new video on those and tell us what your soil mix is for them if you would please?

    • @BradsGreenhouse
      @BradsGreenhouse  3 года назад

      I can try and do a Another Cephalotus video soon. The mix is simply peat moss and perlite. About 2:1
