I don’t blame Daniel for leaving Stephen. Stephen could be very rude and nasty and selfish to Daniel on Gogglebox. I also think his mother dying had an effect on him and it makes you think of your own mortality.
Rude and nasty? He's the type that likes to rib those close to him. Many people are. Stephen meant no malice by it or anything, for goodness sake. And Stephen could certainly take the ribbings in return when Daniel gave them back, too. Plus he wasn't afraid to put himself down, either.
Anyone who's ever watched Gogglebox wouldn't be surprised that their marriage failed. Stephen was often an insensitive, spiteful jerk. To Daniel and alit of the people featured on the programmes they watched. He came across as immature and petty. Hope Daniel finds someone who will appreciate him.
Stephen is the type who likes to rib those closest to him. As many people are. They don't mean any malice by it, so he's certainly not being spiteful. And he certainly isn't bothered when he is on the receiving end of it from Daniel or others, too. Plus he wasn't afraid to be honest about himself and put himself down. Plus, ALL of the Goggleboxers can say some very insensitive things about the people on the programmes they watch. That's what the show is all about. Can't expect people just to always be pleasant and nice about everything they watch. Whether it was how someone looked, what they wore, how the behaved, how they danced and so on. ALL of the Goggleboxers can be negative. So putting it just onto Stephen, as if no-one else was nasty towards people on the programmes they watched, is just biased and hateful in itself. Not to mention foolishly hilarious.
It is a bit wild to judge their relationship based on their minor interactions on their show. Some of you all need to wind back this parasocial thing that seems so prevalent. "Well, that sucks" will suffice.
@@keanusolan2844 Agreed. They clearly don't know or understand that Stephen is the type of person who likes to rib those he cares about. Many people are like that. And they don't mean any malice by it. They either don't understand people like that, or they have just never liked Stephen for whatever reason, so they try to make him out to be some kind of horrible monster or something, which is very ironic.
It always cracks me up when people get on videos like these, accusing the person in the video of being nasty, mean, cruel and so on. Especially when they clearly don't even know him personally, but they THINK they do, just because they see a few minutes of him on a tv show once a week. Stephen, like so many people in this world, just like to rib those close to them. There's certainly no malice or spite behind it, regardless of what some random fools have chosen to make of Stephen. He was quite happy to take a ribbing in return too. He'd pretend for a second to be hurt, but then start laughing at what was said about him. And he certainly had no problems with putting himself down, either. Which shows that he's not as egotistical as some fools are also trying to paint Stephen as being. The funniest fools are those who say things like, I'm glad he left Gogglebox and I'll never watch anything he's in again. And yet, here they are, clicking on videos about him. And only so they can hurl out some hate towards him. Which just shows what kind of people they truly are. I wish Stephen and Daniel nothing but the best in their future. And I hope Stephen never changes, because the world needs more people who don't take themselves and others all too seriously. And all of those journalists who have wasted so much time just hating on Stephen, dredging up all sorts of hateful garbage against him, they should be ashamed of themselves. They create such hateful content, just to encourage equally hateful people to click and spew out all sorts of vitriol, just to make themselves feel better in some sad way. All those people are truly pathetic.
Winnie Wallace.... Stephen Webb was horrible to watch on Gogglebox. He was crude and creepy. You would struggle to be in his company after five minutes and I was glad when he left the show. Won't be watching him in anything else on tv
I dont think steven is a bad guy. I think his tone can be due to insecurities. But i dont beleive he is a melicous person. I really don't. Im not exscusing bad behaviour on celebs go dating or google box but i don't beleive he is a nasty man.
Stephen's the type of guy who likes to rib those he cares about. And many people are like that. They certainly don't mean any malice. And Stephen had no problems when Daniel would sometimes rib him in return, too. Stephen would pretend to be hurt for a second and then happily laugh about what was said about him. Plus, he was never too shy to put himself down, either. That's hardly the behaviour of someone who is only about being cruel and nasty towards others, as other fools and haters seem to paint Stephen to be.
How r they reuniting? They still see each other in the barbershop. 😂😂
