Oh boy this song takes me back to my Senior year of high school late November or so 1970. My classmates (me and the other guys) would sing the verse all the way up to "where would I be without my Woman"...but we would substitute "Woman" with a known girl's name. It could have been paired girlfriend/boyfriend combos known to the class just to tease or perhaps a "babe" that all the guys knew was unattainable. All in all great memories!

3:25 when the brothers pull their cars up together and get out and put their hands in. This was so symbolic considering the just reunited from a breakup and from that point on would go on to be one of the most successful bands in history. Gives me the chills. I love it

This is a story that should be a movie. A great story. The umpteen biopic Beatles TV movies and this is a great story. People always had a blind spot for them thinking it began and ended with Night Fever.

Wait. The dude with the dog is Barry?! 😳 Please forgive me because I was definitely NOT born yet whenever this biz was filmed... & that is NOT what Barry looks like in my mind at all! This is so cool! What an amazing music video that was clearly waaaaaay ahead of it’s time! Like, it clearly looks like an actual music video, but where was it even played at the time? I’m definitely kinda confused by this!
On TV shows like Oh Boy! and American Bandstand. They would mix them in with “live” performances. MTV didn’t invent the music video, just the 24 hour music video format.

When Maurice and Robin first get into their cars, the steering wheel is on the left. When Barry gets into his car, the steering wheel is on the right. When they all get out at the end of the video, all three of them now have cars with steering wheels on the right. I know, I have way too much free time on my hands! lol.
Take a look again. Robin entered his car on the passengers side; reuniting with his ‘band of brothers’. They shake hands and Robins car is the centre of attention during the outro.
Maurice may have got into the passenger seat too, but I think his was a different car :)

Esse clipe tem algumas coisas no mínimo estranhas . Ex: na Inglaterra a mão de direção dos carros é diferente, então o motorista tem o volante do lado esquerdo do carro. Porém quando o Robin e Maurice pegam seus carros pra se encontrarem, eles entram e saem guiando pelo lado direito. Quando eles chegam pra se encontrar, eles saem pelo lado esquerdo.

This is my favorite Bee Gees song. I was a kid when it came out and my best memory of it is my older sister and me hearing the song in our house around Christmas time at night and deciding to go out for a walk in the bitter cold ..and me thinking I'm a badass because I'm in my beautifully tailored perfect black maxi coat my mother bought me and THIS song was running through my head constantly...
.....there was such a sense of excitement in the air that dark
night and nobody was around... and I knew I had my whole life ahead of me... and the world was opening up . . And Llonely days Lonely Nights just kept playing in my head as we talked... and Lonely days Lonely Nights just kept playing in my head as we walked .

There was a special effect they used to make Barry sound a lot like John. Their natural vocal color is also extremely similar so it probably adds on to him sounding a lot like John
It probably helps that this video is slowed down so Barry’s voice is a bit distorted
