- DO NOT cook chicken until you read this recipe! This is a very good recipe! You will definitely like it! I always prepare chicken fillets like this when I want to surprise guests. My family loves this recipe. For them I always cook two portions of such chicken tubes. Everything is eaten up immediately! I advise you to cook this meat! I am sure you will like the recipe!

Chicken fillet 2 pcs.
I cut each fillet into 3 thin slabs.
I gently pounded each fillet piece with a kitchen mallet.
Filling:
3 boiled eggs.
I rub the eggs on a coarse grater.
Fresh cheese 200 gr.
Mushrooms 200-300 gr.
vegetable oil 30 ml.
Fry the mushrooms over medium heat until golden brown.
Salt 0.5 tsp
lemon salt 1 tbsp. l.
I add mushrooms to the egg cheese filling.
parsley (chopped) 2 tbsp. l.
Salt, ground black pepper to taste.
I mix well.
Mozzarella 200 gr.
I put the stuffing on the long edge of the meat.
Place 2 pieces of mozzarella on the filling.
I roll the fillet tight.
I cut it in 2 parts.
Bread:
Eggs 2 pcs.
Flour 0.5 cups.
Salt 0.5 tsp
breadcrumbs 1 cup.
Turmeric 1 tsp
I breaded chicken rolls in flour.
In an egg.
In breadcrumbs.
I press on the breading.
I use the oil that's left over after frying the mushrooms.
I add another 30-50 ml of vegetable oil.
I dip the finished tubes in heated oil.
I fry until golden brown.
I turn the tubes over so they get fried on all sides.
Mmmm! Thats very delicious!
