Nathan, I truly enjoy hearing what you have to say, and I also enjoy your Tennessee accent very much. Don't listen to the naysayers... I think most of us appreciate your insights and a little background on what and why you are doing things the way you do them in your videos. Keep up the good work, sir, and don't change a thing!

Keep right on talking. I appreciate it, the more you talk the more I learn about the wood and what you do and the more I learn about you. That little segment told me all I need to know, though. You're straight up and I like that. At least you are nice enough to share this with us all on here and all we have to pay is watch the ads then sit back and listen to what you have to teach us on what you know. What those haters dont realize is you could be doing DVD's and charging for the education rather than being nice and doing it like you are. Ill be getting into wood working and there is a lot I can learn about the wood through what you have to offer so, keep right in a talkin', I appreciate what you do.

You gotta love it when we get some good free trees. We just had our farm timbered and they left some decent sized cull logs that had some ant damage or maybe just some hollow spots. Worked in a timber yard that kiln dried wood damn near 30 years ago now. Most of the time we were kilning Sapele that would be used to make Doors and Door frames. Usually in boards of up to 5' wide 24' long and 8" thickness. Not even sure that would be economical to do in this country anymore due to the price of the oil needed to fire the kilns....
