Mental Health Like a Tornado | Author Time Vlog

I've got some Real Talk (TM) happening in the last segment of this video. Don't worry, there is a warning that pops up so you can skip that part if you desire. But since so many of my recent videos have involved mental health, I wanted to leave that segment in for transparency rather than scrapping the entire video just because one section wasn't very pretty. If you have AuDHD, mental health problems, or a chronic illness, then you know that a lot of times, things AREN'T pretty. Sometimes, they look like this.
