I read the same reviews but still had to try it for myself, I think it works great! I haven't had any issues with it and it's great to be able to open the gate from anywhere! The only issue I had was from the wind blowing so hard that my app would say gate obstruction and I couldn't open or close it, but I did a video on how to fix that and then also installed the mighty mule gate lock but that video isn't scheduled till the fall! I say try it if you dont like it or it doesn't work for you just return it, then you will know! Lol 😉 Thank you for watching and good luck!👍😊

I went through much of the same rigmarole that you did getting the MMS100 set up. (except I didn't video my efforts--congrats for doing that; I'm sure it helped a lot of folks). One question: Do you know what the RESET button does? I can't find it anywhere in the documentation. I don't want to try pressing it because I don't want to start all over on the pairing process 🙂
From what I understand , it resets the link between the bridge module and the control box if you are having difficulty connecting, almost like our phones if they start doing something funky you restart your phone and then it works correctly, I haven't tried it myself yet because I haven't had any issues yet knock on wood lol, but great question and if anyone else has a better answer I would like to know myself! thank you for watching!👍😁
Yes! what ever time you set it for it will close at that time interval! It doesn't matter what device such as mms100 you use to open! Thank you for watching!👍😊

This is a pain in the butt to set up but your video is certainly helpful. My problem now is: adjust the open & close on the gate. I keep getting an error message about an obstruction. So I called MM and they had me remove the pin from the arm on the gate which has now presented me with an even bigger problem. You adjust the open/close distance on the control box and not the arm - is that correct? MM technicians gave me bad info.
Press and hold the s2 and s3 buttons from control box until led 1 turns on and buzzer sounds, Use your s2 and s4 buttons to set your gate to where you want it Then press s3 button until it buzzes to set it! I hope this helps out and thanks for watching!👍

I think the clickers have roughly a half mile, I have been able to open it from my work cellular 25 miles away I think as long as you are connected to the internet or cellular internet you can open it anywhere anytime! Thank you for watching!👍

FYI, my gate is about 400 ft. from my house. Works great, and I didn't have to increase the power. It's still on the lowest setting. The bridge is in my office next to the window that looks out onto the gate.
