Hello there! Your videos caught my attention to this hotel and I thank you for that. However the reviews of this hotel makes me to worry a bit. How was your experience so far? Some said that they treat their guest enormously unfair, italians are preferred than the others and the staffs weren't that friendly at all. The Entertainment was solely in italian language. @@edwina7327Sometimes it is an advantage when you are not bothered by staff and animators. The food is also excellent for this category of hotel. I reccomend

if you are not Italian, choose another hotel, I was not Italian and many of the staff did not know English
