Hi Sebastian! What a great video you’ve put together! You always give sound advice for people with any budget. I’m wearing Aramis Havana today, and I think it’s a great deal too! I like Aramis by Aramis as well, and it’s inexpensive. I have Pour Un Homme de Caron and have sought out vintage formulations which are wonderful. I’m very glad you discovered the House of Lalique. My wife and I started wearing their fragrances in the early 2000’s. There are a few that I have to purchase yet. The house that provides one of the best values at discounters and is my favorite is Guerlain. For example, you can buy a 6.7 oz bottle of Guerlain Vetiver, a classic, for 23 cents/ ml. Habit Rouge and Heritage are more expensive, yet still great deals. I’m happy you featured Pre de Provence 63. I’ve used their bath soap for a year or two now, and I’ve used No. 63. I’ll have to try the fragrance. Thanks again for a wonderful video!!

Jacques Bogart One Man Show Oud Edition. Smells like a smoky antique bookstore, to me anyway. 100ml is around $15

After watching your video I picked up Franck Olivier Sunrise Vetiver, Mandarina Duck Black, Aramis Havana and Lalique L'Insoumis. Thanks for sharing these! I've never heard of these before except the Havana. They all smell great. I do own a bunch of the other colognes you discussed as well. It was great to hear your impressions of those too.
Love this list! Jovan Musk is definitely historical, growing up in a city in Pakistan too, everyone was using it (i mean my dad, uncles, aunties, literally everyone)
I still use it. Unfortunately the new generation in Pakistan has no taste in perfumes

wow you really dug deep for that Jovan musk lol. I had a small bottle back around 93 that I got in a haul from a neighbors mom. I wish I still had all those old bottles because most were unmarked. And looked like stuff from the 60s and 70s. That was when I first got into fragrance, around 93’

It's great to see Tous Man Sport get the attnetion it deserves.
The Caron smells nothing like the one dad had 30 years ago..it was rich sweet warm with lavender notes..I remember they used hide it from me when I was 5 coz I wanted to open it every few minutes:)
Since you review them in the past Lalique White and Bentley for Men Intense are my two favorite Cheap fragrances. Thanks Sebastian!

*Love* the per mL pricing you gave in this video. At the end of the day, this differentiates cheapies from expensive fragrances. Sure, you can get a small sampler / decant of an expensive fragrance for an affordable price, but unless it’s to impress for a special occasion, it’s not sustainable. Poseurs are not cool.

Do you own any Ted Lapidus fragrances? There are some inexpensive, solid fragrances in that line. Altamir is one of my favorites. Bogart Pour Homme by Jacques Bogart is probably my favorite cheapie. Great for the colder weather. Enjoyed the list. Keep up the good work!

My favourites fragrances with this philosophy are: Grey Flannel, Sex Appeal, Sergio Soldano Uomo black, Ted Lapidus Pour Homme, Giorgio Beverly Hills, Open and Jaguar Classic.

Just recently picked up both Jaipur and Boucheron Pour Homme. Both are wonderful scents and incredibly affordable.

Thanks great selection, did you test Al Rehab Superman? It’s great an cheap, certainly it’s not an easy fragrance, but if you love ginger, myrrh and species you will love it, it’s at the same time fresh, I love to wear it in cool afternoons. And you won’t have issues with longevity
I used to have a ton of Al Rehab I don't have them anymore but I remembered Superman and enjoyed it when I had smelled it gosh now 8 years ago! :)
One of the most fascinating thing about that Ungaro pour l'homme is the Ungaro house commissioned both Francois Demachy & Olivier Polge in the Chanel laboratories to produce the scents 👌 kinda neato.
For me the best cheapie out there has to be Mugler Cologne, I think I have a 2017 bottle and its an absolutely amazing fragrance for the price ( paid roughly 25 pounds for 100ml I believe )

I am not surprised that you rated Nautica Voyage so highly. The nose behind Nautica Voyage is Maurice Roucel, who is responsible for such fragrances as Frederic Malle's Musc Ravageur, Dan Tes Bras, Hermes's 24 Fabourg, Le Labo's Jasmin 17, Labdanum 18, and many other notable fragrances from other houses of note.
Body Shop White musk for men...cheap and a great fragrance for layering.
Yeah I’ve been speaking about that one a lot lately but saved it for a number two of this video for the future. I do love it and yes it’s great for layering 😄.
What fragrances can I layer this with?
From experience, it layers pretty well with Zino Davidoff, incidentally.

Great list, thanks for the video! I will add Giorgio for men by Giorgio Beverly Hills and Passion by Elizabeth Taylor, they bring back so many memories... Probably they would smell dated and synthetic now, but I like them and for 10/20$ you can give them a go 👍

Just recently saw Ashley pop up on Demi's channel and gave the Bentley another mention. Only got around to picking up the Absolute last month and I actually prefer it over the Intense. FAR more reserved as a scent but really does remind me of Gucci Pour Homme. Almairac did a wonderful job on both imo.
I bought Tous Man Sport based on your multiple video's where you spoke highly of it. I love it, but after an hour or two it's totally gone. I can't find any trace of it. even if i spray on clothes :(

Great video, thanks! So glad you mentioned Ungaro III, that smells great, classic to me. A few good cheapies that get compliments for me are Lomani Pour Homme and the old Caesars Man, the older yellow juice bottle from Beverly Hills.

I would strongly suggest Rasasi - Shuhrah pour Homme, it smells like a smoky/incensy more floral Invictus, it has tomato leaf on the notes, it is eau de parfum, quality bottle, great performance! Wonderful stuff! Less than 30$ for 90ml edp. 🤘😭😁

Great video! A few here I own and absolutely love: all the Encre Noires, and Bentley for Men Intense.
One that I do not like (at least not yet) is Jovan Musk.
Maybe not as inexpensive or historic, but way over Jovan Musk I'd think of Brut Special Reserve, Body Shop White Musk for Men, Lalique Equus, Tabac Fire Power, or Dunhill Icon as much more worthy of consideration.

I'd take the original Encre Noire over the Encre Noire A L’Extreme any day of the week. The original doesn't smell like anything else and doesn't have the sweet facet of the A L'Extreme.
