Wow Sophia, her hair looks simply beautiful. I would have never thought that there was a method to taming it other than just not touching it. I tried Doll Studio by Kris's method and I agree with you, it looked okay temporarily while wet but when it tried it looked just like 2:18 and it's fine but not the look I was going for. I'm very surprised with the curl creme and combing the hair out, you're right, that is the opposite of what AG tells you to do but I think yours looks so much better than their method. I once put curl creme in my Caroline doll's hair and it made it feel sort of greasy so I washed it out. It's nice to hear that 127's hair isn't greasy. Great job, I will definitely try this on my doll.
Hi! I sold and customized my Evette doll a while ago, but most Evette dolls and 127 actually have the same wig! Although, the wig was slightly different when Evette was first released, they definitely updated the texture into a new one like 127 has. (I think they did this around 2021 - 2022) With the newer ones this exact method will work, but with original Evette I have a video about restoring her hair. As for managing it, I'm sure this method would work as well, I just can't test out that theory because I don't have an old Evette. Hope this helps!
I'm sure there a lots of products without coconut in them, I always get my products at Walmart and you can just read the ingredients to make sure there isn't any coconut.
Sophia, her hair looks amazing. Thank you so much for sharing your method! I hope her hair stays nice for many years to come.
I did this yesterday on my Evette’s hair, dried it overnight in the hairnet and it is absolutely perfect today. Thank you so much!
@@rachelinky2277 im so glad this helped you!
Wow, Sophia! I’m very impressed with your skills of styling doll hair! You did an incredible job! 🫶🏻
I love this! Thank you so much for sharing this video! I will definitely be trying it on my Evette.

Thank you so much for this method! Now I think I’m certain I’m going to get her.
Beautiful
Any hair care products that do NOT have any coconut in them, I am severely allergic to coconut and can’t be exposed to it.
