I've had 8 Yellow Stashes in Outskirts, 5 Jupiter and 1 Zaton so far in my non-Ironman run and have focussed on gridning more. I've picked up 1 Basic Tools, 12x Advanced Tools and 1x Gunsmithing Tools. I feel cursed.
Ah Yes. Outskirts North. the Place i stay away from as a damn Controller Family has a Nest there. i stopped Counting but in the Abandoned Cinema and Outside was full of Controllers. 4 Outside and 2 or 3 in the Building itself including 2 Fractures
Yesterday it's my very first time in Outskirts, The place is creepy, After walking arounds suddenly this Controller Family appear.. then after few sec chimera join the party.. Boy that was terrifying
I was at river port exactly once in all my runs. I got jumped by chimera and two lurkers while fighting Monolith. And when I was finally thinking I could win, I got smoked by a Controller.
In Dead Air there were Mercs waiting for you at the end of the lab in the Dark Valley. I think in the outskirts lab it spawned a controller after you went back up. Great episode as usual, I think you will enjoy the new possibilities with the ledge grabbing in future videos :)

Yay! A new video! I play Anomaly on a potato PC, and thought I couldn't play gamma on it. But as I'm a fan of your series, I decided to give it a try. I'm downloading it right now, so I'll let you all know here about the results, after having all configured well and all, if some of you are interrested. EDIT: 43:42 hehe
Wooops I forgot to post it here... Well... It works! Yay! The installation took me two days, but the discord has all you need if you encounter troubles. Setting the game to work took me an other day, but once again, the discord is your friend. So on a hp touchsmart 600, the game runs smooth AF, slight stutters during fights but it is fine. Dx9, shaders disabled as well as grass, did you know that if you totally disable grass, there still was grass? So the game looks uglier than the anomaly equivalent, but not that much, i didnt need to tweak the textures or model values in a drastical way, and as models are better, well, it is worth it. 439 mods is the version of the moment. Takes some time AND attention to install (...), then to configure, but HEY BOYS I PLAY ON GAAAMMMMMMMMAAAAAA woot woot this us so kewl
@@chocchip4172 Don't tell me about it... Just the touch-sensitive screen that clicks anytime a bug or cigarette's smoke goes in contact... Everytime you restart the computer you have to disable the "touch-screen" thing. Slightly annoying. But I'm broke (GAMMA style), and as people threw it in the trash just because they didn't know how to refill the motherboard pill, I guess I'm not that unlucky. And GAMMA runs as smooth as Anomaly on it, with some smart tweaks. So right now, I'm glad to enjoy the privilege of playing this constantly evolving masterpiece.

The bug of unload, is, I GUESS, like in Counter Strike. You have to wait to see the amount of ammo refreshed on the HUD to be sure that the weapon is fully load before switching to an other one. Ofc, when you don't want to have this information (because you are tuned one by "immersion" or difficulty) it's a bit harder :D Maybe be sure the animation "reset" to the "frame 1" and it'll be ok with false reload. at about 37 mins, when u mention weapons unloading, it was because you had just upgraded them. any upgraded weapons become fully unloaded after upgrades. at least from what i always saw... caught me a few times... heh
Tbh expert tools should be final reward loot for example in Power Plant after control room. I had to play version of update with extra low chance to drop them and it was hella grindy play thru.
@@CheekiBreekiTv you better use it, I use the quick menu because I can make my companion disengage, stop rushing and get killed by high rank enemy stalker but it doesn't stop them from run away by overwhelming mutant pack.
After doing Titan mission in Pripyat I'm not surprised by how many chimeras are out there. But wounder chimeraS? That's concerning... who/what did it, where are they now?
Ahh, the outskirts. The place where chimeras, snork packs, dog packs, unisg, sin and monolith have to draw a stick to decide who will get to kill you this time, since they're all on your ass at the same time AGAIN. I'm joking, but only partially. Having 3 of the above on you at the same time because you had to take on one of them in an open space is really easy here.
What your experiencing is micro stutters and they more than likely can be fixed by limiting your fps to like 60 or 30 depending on what your pc can handle.
Hey man! Love the series and game play. One thing i always wonder.. why don't you ever turn on your laser on the weapons that have it? (Hold flashlight button). Laser is not "cheating" like having crosshair on 😁
I turn it on when I'm inside, in really close combat (like episode 6 during the whole lab run etc...) I try to keep it off outside because it makes me fire from the hip a lot like a dum dum, and waste a lot of ammo 🙈

If you want to make the game more interesting, go with Mags Redux, fights become a different thing all together, no more CoD style reload after each shot.

I start to get tired of GAMMA with the pack of 5 chimera/controller in outskirt or zaton. The most dumb thing i saw was 5 chimeras fighting 5 controllers, at least I avoid a player biais but it cost me a compagnon as they are so idiot versus some mutant (like chimera and pseudogiant). Anyway, I dont think I will do invictus with this modpack (as like you, i hate exo and also I avoid compagnions as much as possible but it seems to be mandatory in GAMMA sadly). Good run so far tho !
Was waiting for this. A question though - why don't you up[date your game - upgrades no longer require the tools - just the kit and exo crafting is gated behind a recipe you need to FIND so not that easy to get the helm and Nosorog - Also enemies are not that spongy anymore. Just curious. AR15 even got removed
I updated my game regularly until episode 6, after that I was too far into the run to take the risk of "bricking" my save with an update. It's supposed to work and be compatible, but I've been burned in the past :) And this run was fully done when the anniversary update hit anyways!

So? How did it go? Did you manage to finish it? If not, if I may recommend, do missions for Hip, she's actually quite good companion and always go for Barkeep, never for the weed-smoking freedom mentals with her.
@@mareksoucek4514 So far I have done 9 runs, and was able to advance to the Miracle Machine several times. Slightly overestimated my supplies and skills, heh. Well, random one-shots from KS-23 also happened. I'll rest for a couple of days and resume trying. And yes, I plan to complete all the unique quests, that is, artifact hunters, night hunting quests, and the Hip quest, but thanks anyway
@@emperorofdarkness6113 the Hip ones are kinda easy. Just run around and loot every corpse you see. The fact, that she's the first and probably the only companion, you can have from the start to the end of the game is also nice. You can give her different guns and she's gonna use them. I also recommend doing her first, as she will help you a lot.
The grizzly can detect everything already and you can use it at night with NVGs so I'm never in a hurry to upgrade from it generally. If you want to see the anomalies Svarog is a must yeah, but it's more a luxury than anything!

If the specific keybind you're looking for doesn't show in the game settings, or in the mod configuration menu settings, you'll have to go to your anomaly install folder, appdata, open the user.ltx with notepad and edit whatever you want there (some default keybinds can only be changed there, never had to do it but just in case)
I see you like preparing yourself properly but ...really all you need for the lab in the Outskirt is killing some Monolita ..not really that hard to do with a mid tier weapon, with an M203 grenade launcher. I like the format and you're channel i dont want to sound rude now, if you blame Companions not being reliable in battle, don't use them. I never use them after i had an experience with a Duty Nosorog guy.....he was way too tanky and soloed the entire Wish granter ...i gave up using companions except "forced ones"...is like cheating. Is an option i get it , they help you carying around your junk but the whole idea of Stalker is about reaching goal by yourself. I hope it did not sound rude, is just criticism hopefully healthy one.
i don't recommend going for heart of the oasis, imo the best artifact combo is: compass, full empty, volat emerald, bubble & flash, gives high resist to everything & trying to slot in heart just costs too much stats for not enough bonus, passive health regen can be got on most high end armours, stamina regen is covered by high quality food (chimera > lurker > boar > flesh > dog meat) & bleeding is a non issue as i tend to find i loot more bandages than i could ever use also instead/alongside yadulin use fentanyl & vinca for post heals as they cause less dizziness
Ohhh I'm kinda used to go Hoto + Volat with compass / full empty without thinking too much about it, I need to try bubble & flash sounds pretty good on paper too yeah!
@@CheekiBreekiTv with UNISG nosorog (you en eye es gee, to answer you're question in the vid but yes i also call them unisig =P) you get 100% resist to everything except 95%~ psy & 80%~ radiation which can be made up with psyblock & cystamine, dunno if hybrid suit will be able to max out resists but will probly be close

Actually you can ask rouge or any special npc companion to carry your loot by press C at them and choose the bag.

@cheeki Do you have an auto loot macro set up or do you just have the auto loot mod set to take everything?
I just use the shortcut shift+T to automatically loot everything, no macro or auto looter, I like organizing my loot too much :)

@@mareksoucek4514 So far I have done 9 runs, and was able to advance to the Miracle Machine several times. Slightly overestimated my supplies and skills, heh. Well, random one-shots from KS-23 also happened. I'll rest for a couple of days and resume trying.
And yes, I plan to complete all the unique quests, that is, artifact hunters, night hunting quests, and the Hip quest, but thanks anyway
@@emperorofdarkness6113 the Hip ones are kinda easy. Just run around and loot every corpse you see. The fact, that she's the first and probably the only companion, you can have from the start to the end of the game is also nice. You can give her different guns and she's gonna use them. I also recommend doing her first, as she will help you a lot.

Doesn't upgrading the detector allow you to detect different artifacts?
The grizzly can detect everything already and you can use it at night with NVGs so I'm never in a hurry to upgrade from it generally.
If you want to see the anomalies Svarog is a must yeah, but it's more a luxury than anything!

As far as I can see the SA-58 OSW is better then the SR-25. Why do you fined the SR-25 so attractive? Is it the recoil control?
Yep 100% for the recoil. I love the SA-58 but damn, a tiny burst and you're already shooting at the sky!

If the specific keybind you're looking for doesn't show in the game settings, or in the mod configuration menu settings, you'll have to go to your anomaly install folder, appdata, open the user.ltx with notepad and edit whatever you want there (some default keybinds can only be changed there, never had to do it but just in case)

I see you like preparing yourself properly but ...really all you need for the lab in the Outskirt is killing some Monolita ..not really that hard to do with a mid tier weapon, with an M203 grenade launcher.
I like the format and you're channel i dont want to sound rude now, if you blame Companions not being reliable in battle, don't use them. I never use them after i had an experience with a Duty Nosorog guy.....he was way too tanky and soloed the entire Wish granter ...i gave up using companions except "forced ones"...is like cheating.
Is an option i get it , they help you carying around your junk but the whole idea of Stalker is about reaching goal by yourself.

i don't recommend going for heart of the oasis, imo the best artifact combo is: compass, full empty, volat emerald, bubble & flash, gives high resist to everything & trying to slot in heart just costs too much stats for not enough bonus, passive health regen can be got on most high end armours, stamina regen is covered by high quality food (chimera > lurker > boar > flesh > dog meat) & bleeding is a non issue as i tend to find i loot more bandages than i could ever use
also instead/alongside yadulin use fentanyl & vinca for post heals as they cause less dizziness
Ohhh I'm kinda used to go Hoto + Volat with compass / full empty without thinking too much about it, I need to try bubble & flash sounds pretty good on paper too yeah!
@@CheekiBreekiTv with UNISG nosorog (you en eye es gee, to answer you're question in the vid but yes i also call them unisig =P) you get 100% resist to everything except 95%~ psy & 80%~ radiation which can be made up with psyblock & cystamine, dunno if hybrid suit will be able to max out resists but will probly be close
