I don't know about your definition of scam, but I define scam as "paying someone to get a promised product/service from another person, but did not end up getting it because the other party went out of the window with your payment." A.k.a. a different kind of stealing. a.) since Axie Infinity is a crypto game, it involves blockchain technology and decentralized yung money system din nya, just like any other cryptocurrencies. b.) right now, you can consider it that it's operating outside the sphere of Philippine legalities, but it does not mean that it is illegal (if illegal means it should not operate at all in the Philippines, because by principle it's just a game, and that there's monetary value on the game). The Philippine government is currently on the works of making a system for the game to operate "legally" -- subject to, of course, Philippine laws. c.) In my opinion, if a person is earning income here in Axie Infinity, and he is a Filipino Citizen and residing in the country -- then the player should definitely declare this to BIR and will be subjected to appropriate taxes. That's the law -- and in the spirit also of fairness, it is right and just lang na players who are earning hefty amounts of money by playing axie infinity should just be taxed. I will make a video about cryptocurrency in the future, because in order to understand more about Axie Infinity, we need to understand first how cryptocurrency works (like what is blockchain technology? what is bitcoin, etc.). Actually Nicole Alba, a fellow content creator also, has awesome videos about crypto. She explained it better than any other youtubers that I know. Hope this helps!
hindi pa siya registered since foreign and new siya sa system ng philippines. soon nakikipag cooperate ang devs ng axie. for the development of the game. as of now earning 250k a year are subject to tax.

Axie is good game in crypto earning if we compare to other but its a little boring and for me its expensive to start.
