I try to salvage as much of the original glitter as I can and add just a pinch of new if need be. Great find on your new addition to your collection. My friend also found a Disney Castle snow globe at Goodwill.

Hi. We salvage snow when we repair a globe that has it. However, we have a large collection of glitter and it is easier for us to use new glitter than it is to recover the original. Also, we can customize and personalize the globe. I don't know if you saw any of our Halloween snow globe repairs that we did last October as well as the year before that. We replaced the glitter in all of the Halloween globes with bat confetti. They looked more Halloweeny and we made them unique.

Hi Tony Hi Ally. Happy to see you back in action. Glad to hear that everything has settled and you managed to deal with it. Above all - big congratulations to you to got into the magazin "GoodWorld News". I read the article and it´s right, it is really relaxing and fun to watch, especially when it comes to christmas. And thank you both for the nice words in the article, I found myself at "flattering long-winded massages". 😆
And the last but not least, the Blues Brothers snow globe shines in its old glory. Thanks for the Episode and stay save. Bye! 🙏

Thank you Alex. It was exiting to be interviewed and photographed and then see the article published. We are happy with it. The part about "flattering long-winded messages", we did not use the term "long-winded", that is not a term that we use. We remember explaining to them that we occasionally receive detailed comments where people tell us about their experience and how much they like our channel. They apparently interpreted what we said in their words. The sentiment is still conveyed despite the fact that we would not have described any of our subscribers comments as "long-winded". Once the article was published it was too late to change it.
And, of course, the Bluesmobile snow globe repair. Yes, it looks great now and I can finally add it to the collection. Thanks again for the comment.

@@snowgloberescue8887 I understood the term "flattering long-winded massages" as a compliment or is it not? It doesn't matter, I understand it as an compliment and was happy to read it made me smile. I will never think, that both of you ever or will say any bad things about your subscriber.

@@adtheceo9788 Hi Alex. We are happy that you see it in the positive. Some people take the term "Long-Winded" to mean that the conversation is going on for too long. That is not the case with us, we love hearing our subscribers stories. The term can also mean that someone can deliver a lengthy speech or conversation without taking a break. We normally avoid the term so that there are no misunderstandings. I'm not sure why they chose to use it.
