In 2024, I am still listening to George Jones. He's been singing to me since I was an infant. Mom and I were lucky enough to see him in concert. Nancy was there selling tshirts at the then Glens Falls Civic Center.

I had a strange feeling on his final tour,if I did not go to see him,I would never get the chance again..I'm so happy I did grab tickets & took a couple friends with me..I tried to see George by their bus after the concert,but security said he had left already..I did get to meet and talk to his fiddle player & one of his guitar players..They were both awesome guys to talk,joke & have a couple laughs with!!

I do too. You made him a marvelous wife that changed his life for the better, alcoholic kills and destroys family. I had no idea you had been married thirty something year. He made you a wonderful husband. He is in heaven singing with the angels. He was saved when he left you and and everyone he knew😊. Heaven is George jones new life. I knew all along as his time on earth was going he would ask forgiven

Great program! I believe that he was speaking to the angel that was sent by God to take him home. His demeanor would clearly support the fact that he was on his way to heaven. Those who belong to Christ will be able to meet George Jones someday.Ephesians 2:8-9,John3:3,John14:6. George Jones knew that his time was short. He was waiting for the angel to come get him. Many people die when they least expect to. Heaven requires a decision on our part. Hell is the default location.

When the narrator said that George opened his eyes and said "well, hello there, I've been looking for you. My name is George Jones." His wife said she believed that he was talking to God. There's a scripture in the Bible that said, God will tell those that didn't serve him,"away from me, I never knew you."
My moms sisters son worked for George, cleaning his pool helping around the house. My mom went with her sister one day to pick him up from Georges. my mom met him, she said he was a friendly man. but first thin my mom said was "I dont really care for country music" then when they were leaving George gave her a cup that he signed. wish i knew what went with that 40 years later.
