Dude!! You need to put these girls to the test before you marry um! Leave her solo and bait her with a NEW Gringo! See if she falls for it or says i'm in a relationship! This will save you lots of time and a divorce later!
@senorbobbylong9788...I get your point. The question was: "What are some of the Cons of living here" and his second issue with living in Colombia is: "if you ever go into an immigration line when you are arriving to Medellin, its these passport bros, I mean the amount of men that are entering compared to women and its a certain type of demographic of men enteringing from the United States on a Spirit flight that are coming into Colombia maybe for the wrong purposes". Seems like he was on the same Spirit flight entering Colombia. So, he is offended that people who do not look like him (he said passport bros) is in the immigration line and they are all men, and maybe going to Colombia for the wrong purposes. The irony is that a man from the United States who lives in Colombia and who has admitted to being what others may considered a different demographic is discriminating against a different demographic...my mind is blown. WOW!!
I don't even know where to begin... First, I guess let me say I didn't know that "passport bros" was a demographic. But I understood exactly what the (interviewed Alex) was saying about standing in the immigration line. True not all passport bros are coming here for nefarious reasons but they do come with an inordinate amount of North American swagger. And they do stick out like a sore thumb. I'm too damn old to go out late at night partying anymore so I don't have to worry about being in the wrong place at the wrong time. But I digress... I have a Colombiana girlfriend and she lets me know when I look "too gringo" when we go out. 😮 Entonces entiendo exactamente lo que Alex estaba diciendo acerca de que Passport Bros era una de sus estafas para Medellín. Además, recuerden, muchachos, que es su opinión. Él tiene derecho a tener su opinión. Yeah, I mean a little hard on Google translate 😊
Hey lovely to see Andrew (Shainker) on the other side of the camera. He's been active on the FB groups for a while. I love that he always remembers to show gratitude for where he is and what he has. He's the 'model immigrant' that any country should be happy to have. Goes without saying but great content Mr Macia, as per. In fact, I love that you're out and about more. Makes for much more engaging material.
Hello "Andrews" I lived in Medellin for 2 years (2021-23) in the north of the city in the real Medellin. I understand why people wanna live in Poblado, Envigado and even Sabeneta. But I really wonder how many foreigners live north of Carribe. I really never ever saw any foreigners living there in that two years. Wonderful people in Colombia and Medellin but let's just be 100% honest regardless where you live you have to keep your head on a swivel 24 seven and I just grew weary of that. I, like your guest also have a Colombian/paisa wife. And to be totally honest I don't miss Colombia and I especially do not miss Medellin at all. I think all aspects of life there should really be conveyed in these videos and not painted with a wonderful pretty coloured brush.
Seems like a great dude! I don't know if it was mentioned, but I'm wondering how good his Spanish was before getting there, and whether he's fluent now or still struggling?
@metodifitness8824 What's a Spirit Passport Bro and how do you identify one? Are you on the flight with them, or are you looking at their boarding pass?
was there just prior to the pandemic and saw a lot of crack being smoke in public in the daylight. I went to the party area but you have to be careful you don't bump the wrong gang member.
I'm just curious... does he leave the country that much that he sees "Spirit Passport Bros" in the immigration line? I wish he would explain what exactly a "Spirit Passport Bros" is/ looks like? He looks at their boarding pass? Sounds like a lot of assumptions on how a person looks (down to a Colombian with a neck tattoo)...
@@senorbobbylong9788 That's the thing about it, all these interviews are to gain perspective through someone else's experience and opinions. I think that's why it's called RUclips not MYtube, lol.

I don’t judge. They don’t bother me. I come here and always have a great time. I rarely see gringos. I’m the only one everywhere I go. I’d actually like to meet some expats just to speak English. It’s challenging at times speaking Spanish

Great video! Shout out to Andrew and Luis 📸
Great interview and very entertaining questions and topics

Everyone's reality is different. I wouldn't live here if my head was on a swivel 24/7 that's for sure. I'd hate that.

He has gone to 83 countries and plans to reach 100 in the next couple of years, so I'd say yes.
@MedellinBuzz That's a fair response to one question I asked. I asked a few other questions as well.
