I have a brookshires here in my small town I always love their sales. But it goes by quick. I got a buy one get one free for steaks. I bought the cheapest one and they were huge. Both around 20 something dollars while the rest was overpriced. I got four big steaks. Cut them in half and we make it last. 😊 Always look out for those good deals. Another idea that I always have and help people out with is of course fresh produce is expensive but one thing that helps us out the most is us getting Frozen fruits and veggies I love to make smoothies and I will use the veggies to incorporate into meals and the fruits to make like a homemade jelly or something. Another thing I recommend is save your scraps and your seeds from anything you buy and replant them. It's very important to stockpile water so my local brookshire's had water on sale two for $7 and then they had the whole 40 count for less than $4. We bought eight of them. And we have a bunch of water put back for emergencies. One thing I plan on doing is taking my mason jars and canning some water. That'll last for about 5 to 7 years is stored properly. Some ways that I make money is from my fresh fruits that I grow I'll make fresh smoothies fresh juices and other things and I also love to build so I will use scrap wood from anything and I will build any kind of furniture and engrave it with the Lord scriptures. Another thing I love to do with my garden and my chickens is I'll sell the eggs for cheap and also so some bulk veggies and fruits. While canning some at the same time. With me not having a job right now I always try to find a way including things that I love and I try to put the Lord first. Another tip I recommend is stockpiling hygiene supplies cleaning supplies etc. I want to my local Dollar tree and got some good name brand soap bars, trash bags and other stuff put back

@@rachel3682 First off, you are such a blessing! These are great tips! I’ve recently discovered a Brookshire’s about 15 mins from me. That’s the main grocery store my parents used to shop at in Louisiana. I was so frustrated with my summer crops, I almost gave up on fall. My collard greens, lettuce, kale, beets and herbs have all sprouted. It’s still scorching hot here in Texas, so I hope that I didn’t start too soon. I started a compost pile today with leaves, banana peels, and coffee grounds. My neighbor and I share what we grow in our gardens, and take turns helping each in the garden. If only the HOA would allow chickens. We have a few acres of land back home so maybe we’ll retire there and get all of the farm animals. There are so many skills I want to learn. Baking bread is at the top followed by canning 😊

@@UniquelyTish amen to that sister. I love the old fashioned bread boxes as it keeps your bread lasting longer away from light bugs and moisture. I'm so sorry about them HOA people. Theyre a real pain! Most importantly please don't ever give up if something fails it's probably for a reason from the Lord he's probably giving you something bigger or telling you to start again. I bum myself out with that sometimes but I still try to trust in him. Those are some good ways to start! Keep going!! 😁

I really like your content and how you present the hauls. It's quite unique in the voice over and cinematography.
With how prices are going, keeping a solid storage of staples (canned foods especially) is so critical. I try to stock up when things are on sale and make sure to keep a core rotation that consists of a protein, starch, and veggies. And the great thing about canned foods is that they virtually last forever so long as they're stored properly and the can isn't damaged. Gotta make sure to keep a couple of can openers around when the time comes to eat them, though.
    Thanks for the tips! 🙌

I order things from amazon often, for diy projects, for pets, for my furniture flipping, etc. I found backpacker's /camp meals, freeze dried meals in a bag, where only hot water is needed. These include things like biscuits and gravy and mac n cheese etc. Which I have tried and found very delicious! Especially the desserts, creme brulee and chocolate cheese cake. ... The thing is, you can find them for generally around $7 - $12 dollars depending on the meal.... These come in 2 servings per bag, are shelf stable for about 25 years and delicious. .... When I order anything from amazon, I add one or two bags of different foods from the list I created there. This is an affordable way to stock pile an emergency pantry and a tasty addition to your stock of canned goods.

I would highly recommend sticking with rebate apps and sales as well as being willing to go to multiple stores. Buy products that you typically use to maximize rebates...often get free or close on many stock worthy items. Never pay for oral care, pay tiny for laundry products, paper products etc. Meats vary each week. Buy when in sale and freeze. I got 130 dollars worth and my out of pocket was less than 4 dollars! Then meal plan from pantry and freezer each week. Only get what you can store and have space for and then rotate items constantly! Lots of videos on each grocery store using ibotta each week so you don't even have to find the deals yourself! So easy to save thousands by not being brand specific and proper storage. I pay less for groceries now than ever by being flexible and using all stores in my area. I have to let very good deals go because I simply have accumulated too much to even donate fast enough!
