Tony is the worst in managing people who don't follow his leadership. Ralph, Jackie, Tony B, Feech... As a boss you need to manage people instead of being mad all the time or just walk away like with Ralph in the beginning of this clip.

Paulie was definitely underestimated by Tony. He couldn't stand him (understandably at times lol) but Paulie wasn't someone to piss off. He was there a lot more years than Ralphie was. I think Tony found that out the hard way in the end.
I'll tell ya one thing and I'm not ashamed to say it, my estimation of Borko as an uploader of Sopranos content just fuckin skyrocketed.
