Ma’am This video includes only Higher positions. Can you do a video for Hr Assistant, Junior Hr Executive, Hr Executive, Senior Hr Executive, Hr Generalist and Hr Specialist? This would help us
Hi , I am still not convinced on the salary part given in bigger companies I still see cost cutting in hiring for HRBP with 8- 12 yrs Exp still the salary range varying b/w 10 - 15 lakhs PA so 50 lpa is not even possible.
Dear, if you think its "impossible", then it will be for sure impossible for you.. your estimate of CTC clearly shows you have worked only with services companies, who are big in strength but do not pay good salaries.. so widen your search if you genuinely want to scale up... target product companies... and the numbers I shared are not based of google search, these are based on real people that I know are getting much more and beyond... All the best!!
Ma'am thanks for this helpful video. I just wanted to know the growth prospects of students from premier institutes like TISS over a period of 5-6 years. May you share some detail on that please
Dear, I have done a separate video on HR Analyst, though it may appear as a HR job, but its more of a "technical analyst job" in HR domain. It has a different growth curve than HR jobs..
Madam, How a person can move from Non HR to HR domain with 15-16 yrs of exp in Good Manufacturing industry ie at the age of 40 to 42 years? Kindly make detailed video on that?

Hello maam ma'am is it possible for any HR director that without having any technical or reasoning skills he can get a post of that and rest other skills are there Is it possible or myth else it is mandatory for him to have some technical knowledge as a HR director because I am interested in HR but totally zero in technical and reasoning skills

Hello , I am finding a job but i am unable to find which can match my salary expectations though i have 3-4 years experience into Recruitment. Can you suggest me something.
Hi, I did my Mba in Hr before 15 yrs worked for four years also. Now I want to start my career again. How I can start not getting it. Please give work from home ideas in Hr. Will be really thankful to you.
Hi, for starting back after a huge gap, I would suggest not limit yourself to WFH, as that is anyways a very competitive space, if you can't do work from office at all, then start by taking "recruitment projects" as a freelancer..
Dear, it depends for what you are doing it, if you are doing it to learn skills and then apply those skills in your job, that will give you growth.. But if you are doing it just for a label in your resume/profile, that will not give you growth automatically... Growth will solely depend on how much you know..
Dear, there is no course as such which automatically gives you placement.. but you can def. learn from some practical skills and get an edge in the interviews.. I too teach on-job HR skills, if you are interested take a look on the course.. All the best!!

It doesn't take 10 years to reach HRBP. Maybe it's country specific. There are also Jr. HRBP with 3 years of experiences.
