People working at low level interns, analysts or non-managerial positions you are nothing but a "LABOUR" and "SLAVE" in the eyes of your supervisor and higher management.(while cast based favouritism is normal thing in this land) Play the game likewise and never expect, as for expectations in this business is a foolishness.. rather grab/take it from them. HR is not your friend, HR is management's puppet thus deal like wise.
Ur teammates aren't your family they are there to like you for their self goals, your every weakness u share is a strength to them.
For any company you are a replaceable "resource".
So always make sure that you put your family first and company second and never takes your position for granted. When the opportunity arrives make sure you are switching...
