Imagine the moment we don’t feel self conscious about out bodies anymore, instead we connect through sonic waves we emanate. Psycho, intellectual waves.
Holy shit man. I deal with that too and can't seem to find anything about it. I've figured that it's an incredibly rare condition and the only way I can explain it to others is that it's an anatomical-existential crisis.
@@TheFos88 I have similar problem. In childhood, human anatomy was the worst nightmare I've ever felt. Ozzy and drix cartoon kind of helped me to feel something good about it... :,(
@@iliab8378 Like I'll be brushing my teeth looking in the mirror and I'll randomly picture in my head my layers of skin disappearing, making me frantically look away. Like a form of intrusive thoughts. Or I'll feel things I eat and drink go down into my gut and it makes me cringe so hard I lose my appetite sometimes. It's just really weird. Which I suppose makes sense since life itself is weird, philosophically speaking. That cartoon is pretty cool. When I was a kid the og magic school bus was a freaking trip for me. Probably where all this began! You might like a RUclips channel called Institute of Human Anatomy.
I can easily see Vasquez composing soundtracks in the future. He has a knack for creating deeply disturbing, menacing, sinister, harrowing soundscapes that wouldn't at all sound out of place in a horror film, TV series or video game. Trent Reznor and Atticus Ross have done similiar work. Vasquez has the talent to do likewise.
Such a dark,raw and incredibly atmospheric soundscape as usual. It takes you to a whole different world. I love when music does that. I'm guessing this is a solo project outside of the soft moon and I'm here for it! Can't wait for what will come next. Love it! ❤
This music is crazy, I really liked it. Luis Vasquez could compose movie soundtracks without any problem, this work is comparable to that of John Carpenter himself.
This is an incredible heartfelt instrumental trip, as you would expect from The Soft Moon, but i miss Luis’a vocal’s a bit. Just a tiny bit, though I get his trip of the non ego hitting and transcending everything through his artistic power.
Some tracks feel like they pull punches, but overall it does what a good instrumental album ought to do. Which is, trade vocals for nuance. Many tracks have subtle details which would have gone unnoticed behind a vocal track. Sometimes they are perhaps too subtle, at least on a first listen. But in any case, as it gets colder outside, I like having nice, analog sounds to keep me warm.
recommend me dark stuff like this? I like Soft Moon, Boy harsher, some Drab Majesty. I feel im missing out on some. give me stuff that takes me to that dark place..
