Had very serious insomnia for years. Now I only periodically get nights with no sleep at all. Most often find it hard to fall asleep and am VERY hard to wake up when I do (sleep too long). Before CPTSD hit hard I had meticulous sleep (if one can call it that) very balanced and no problems at all. Quite the contrary, couldn't had been any better. Miss that. Now I rarely feel rested.

Rajayoga - toughest but sure way of becoming one with god 2. Karma yoga - by serving communities or excelling in your job helping mankind 3. Bhakthi yoga - faith in Jesus and be a good Christian 4. Jnana yoga - read scriptures like Upanishads Bhagavadgita Greek philosophy Zen Buddhism Jiddu Krishnamurthy You need to do meditation 3 times a day 20 min each before taking food to feel in control And practice mindfulness to survive on this world

Yes fear is in the flesh. This is the danger of AI because so much of our necessary survival boundaries are based on pain knowledge. A fool has no status but is really brave and positive and curious in exploring because of not knowing. So it's a vulnerability yet it's really valuable because it's still creative and innovative because the fear hasn't started limiting yet.

( till judgement day ) The oldest lie in the Bible was when the Devil told Eve " you won't die." Isa 8 : 20 To the Law and the testimony if you don't speak accordingly there is no light in you. You can't mix Scripture with secular knowledge.
Unless of course you were able to transcend that force or eliminate it, if we assume karmic energy/existence is a negative thing. Then yes I would think the individual would cease to exist, merge. I believe they call that enlightenment :) I think it's just different forms of experience. We can play here, as individuals in 'existence,' or outside it, or return back to wholeness. I wonder if humans would be ready to live with an understanding of the afterlife, which I'm sure would be a wonderful gift, if it comes with all the bad stuff you'd become aware of :) lol that's the question that most plagues my mind these days.

Yes...I struggle with sleep. Insomnia. Much due to alcohol abuse and worries. But It Will Get Better. Holy GOD Is Good...Have Mercy On Us.

It varies. I've read that magnesium helps with sleep.
