Good to see u back wow congratulations on weight loss I myself struggle with depression/anxiety has well I’m aslo struggling with loosing weight to due to thyroid it very hard for me but I had a loss family due to covid which extremely hard for me to loose weight my goal is 150 or 160 so yup through a lot too..
