Love love Queenslanders - they are Australia’s architectural treasures & the houses to live in.

I mean they are the best houses to live in. I lived in one at bluewater, toolakea beach many years ago. Fretwork was lovely & it had the breezeway front to back. Awesome!! Miss it heaps!❤❤

For some more inspo there’s a Melbourne based channel Hunting for George that has a similar styled house that they’ve just finished their Reno on ☺️ high ceilings and cladding

Hey Luke. We just saw an old queenslander on a busy road. Any suggestion? Queenslanders are not very soundproof I guess. Also are you worried bout lead paint when you purchase, did you do some tests? Thanks in advance.

Personally not a fan of any house on a main road (I'd never buy in these locations unless it was beachfront or riverfront). Queenslanders aren't very soundproof either! Lead paint is always a concern. You can buy test kits to test yourself and go from there

Why does YT state 1 year ago (now with their new way of displaying things) but hover over that and it states Nov 26, 2020... quick math tells me that is actually 2 years, or to be precise...
It is 716 days from the start date to the end date, but not including the end date.
Or 1 year, 11 months, 17 days excluding the end date.
Or 23 months, 17 days excluding the end date.
