@@BenThomas089 In the short run that’s true. I am not convinced in the long run that will hold. We have an ageing population, our birth rate is below replacement levels and immigration policies can change overnight. Higher density living is being approved and boomers are downsizing. Lots of variables at play over time.

@@ricecrash5225 mate do your research, the australian housing market will keep going up for at least the next 50-100 years
