I enjoy laying in bed all day but not bc I'm depressed it's just what I'm comfortable with and I find it more enjoyable than going out, especially with the internet and mobile games, tbh I find going out an absolute headache and I dislike it than staying on bed, I only get out of bed whenever I get food or shower, living the luxury life here, but if ur avoiding showers then it becomes an issue.
I finished college now there’s nothing to do so I bed rot instead

When society stops correlating extroversion with being the “correct” way of life, that just may be when a lot of us who do work hard all day and week and then “bed rot” to cope, may feel the strength to get up and continue other things that may make us happy. I enjoy my job but being around people, even with them being very nice, for 8 hours a day is INCREDIBLY draining for me and A LOT of others, and this is just the only way I can feel better, or anything really.
