NS Hrozének organized the carnival tour in Bulgaria

Mrs. Ludmila Viktorínová from Bulgaria started the first filming of our carnival series on the 3rd weekend of February 2023. Fašank, Masopust, Ostatky, Šibřinky, Karneval, under all these names there is a period of feasting and merriment between the two Lenten seasons. It culminates with the last Thursday of this period, called Fat Thursday, associated with a slaughterhouse and a feast. On the last three days, i.e. Shrove Sunday, Monday and Tuesday, various mask parades, scenic ascents and ending with dance entertainment take place. The season of Mardi Gras ends on Ash Wednesday, which is the 46th day before Easter Sunday. So we started our first Mardi Gras tour in Bulhary.
