Beautiful and I love everything about it, but I’m little bit disappointed by the master bathroom too tiny
Most of the people criticizing this property are living in shared house box rooms in Europe and sharing toilet with 3-4 housemates. 😂. If you don't like it build yours. Besides 95% of those abroad can't afford this property.
The Africanas are great builders...they build fabulous unique designer houses...i moving there. Lol!

Beautiful spaces! Too many doors in kitchen area are confusing as to space division. Are there bathtubs for soaking? Show the closet wardrobe area...and sliding doors on powder room for privacy and comfort. Such a lovely space with just a few quirks with the planning layouts that are a little "closed in" or didn't make sense.
The decor is very beautiful.

Beautiful the only minus is lack of good size gardens.
Greenery with different trees planted along the side way add luxury and extra beauty to the poorest of neighborhoods. An upscale neighborhood like this should have greenery on its street. The trees help to keep the area cool and breezie.

The GA layout on the ground floor isn’t practical. The kitchen should be closer to the dining room just one example of a change I would make.
And the powder room being right by the dining room is a NOOoooo

Love the design of the houses here. Reminds me of houses in South Africa. I love the different colors of the houses. Can't imagine moving to Ghana and living like this. But, but but; the price is too high. For $250,000 I want a closed garage and some yard space. But one can't get everything, I guess.

Nice design and great job but you could have done open concept where the living room and the kitchen are just separated by kitchen island
I like the exterior of the house, its great curb appeal. The downstairs layout could be better, there should be a doorway leading directly from the kitchen to the dining room and the guest powder room should not have the door facing the dining room, it should have been positioned elsewhere. I like the dining area with the sliding door and it will be really nice to extend the entertainment area by having a deck as an extension of the dining room. The doors for the storage and guest suite should be off the hallway. It’s a beautiful house.
I am not a fan of the "open door garage."

Yes. A walk-in closet and double sinks and vanities in the bathrooms. Also, a jacuzzi in the m primary bathroom.
After mentioning the sizes of the rooms in meter square, try and mention them in feet too

Nice presentation but I don't understand why most properties in on sale in Gh only comes with a shower. We will grow old at some point and won't be able to stand and bath. I had want a bath and shower 😁
sheesh African construction is seeming more like American construction now i just saw a really good house prior to this video and this one tops it, if there was spanish wooden tiles the rest of the house apart from the bathrooms obviously, an open kitchen and good backyard with its own firepit itd be a perfect house atleast for me, the contractor definitely did a great job, i wonder if they can do schools as well?

Everything is fine but I don’t think it’s a good idea for the master bedroom to have an open concept especially the toilet facing the bed, may want to block that part

Shsme we saw do very little of the upstairs. Why were you afraid to display some ifvthecrooms particularly the principal one. Very neat. It would have been also useful to tour the back garden.

I live in London and I love ❤ this house 🏠so much that I'm selling my 8 bedrooms to buy a secure area like this for my children. But my problem is why the wall fence so short?
So everyone can see the shenanigans you get up to 😄😆😆buhahahahhaaaahha. With the fence so small the developers better supply me with badminton kits so I can play with my neighbours.

There are no trees with strong roots to help to protect the properties from heavy flooding which just happens to be taking over so many countries across the globe including here in Africa.
Must there be open gutters? Such a nice place, why couldn't they just cover all the gutters??

Toilet in the kitchen area is a no for me to I don't know why developers in Ghana don't consider play grounds for kids and no trees as well maybe a park but all the same nice work
The varied door styles is dizzying, the ceilings are over done. The style is chaotic, this could’ve been a chic property but neither the architect nor designer understands restraint.

Your buildings are really neatly finished but how strong are your components such as doors, kitchen cabinets, closets/wardrobes and balustrades. These imported joinery and its ironmongery are made from softwood and light weight metals respectively, and they do not last in Ghana due to our hot weather. And what type of aluminium profiles do you use for the sliding doors/windows. And is the price fixed?

Nice Townhouse Complex but like always small common mistakes that need to fix. First of all the open gutters? Why This is a rich neighbourhood. Then you have the bio digester PVC pipe over the house 3:03 . 3:13 look where they have put the water meter? 🤣😂. The A.C is at the wrong Hight wasting electricity too close to the ceiling. Why is the toilet in the living? Eii Ghanaians. Nice kitchen but look a hole in the tile 8:37. 14:42 the wardrobe at the wrong place. Who design this House?

It looks like a security measure, the kitchen can be locked in case someone breaks into the back door.
