It could tank bullets or damage from dinos/bosses. Gain the adrenaline rush. Depending on if it has low or high health. Fight or flight. If its a boss then there's no choice.
Jeez man, Garuga has so much more planned for ARK Additions I kinda want it to be an official mod.
The ark devs will wait till Garuda adds more before adding it to official as they already know of the ark additions existence and it is sponsored
@@marcovalencia146 yeah but it comes in conflict of his development time since he's doing most if not all of it custom I believe and the Domination Rex and the Deinonychus would be cut for obvious reasons.

That's not much of a conflict, most new creatures were done from scratch. As long as he's given heads up there wouldn't be much issue as far as time is concerned.
The real issue is the Ark additions dinos don't necessarily fit with what the devs have in mind.
The brachi being a giga killer, when it's counterpart is supposed to be the titanosaur for example. If Wildcard added it would probably be more like the Arkeology Evolved version.
It would definitely be awesome to see, but they're better off as mods imo.
@@ZombieBarioth The Brachi is more of a defensive dino rather than a Giga killer, the only reason why it's, somewhat of, a counter to the Giga is because of the fear roar, otherwise the Giga recks the Brachi, especially with its bleed effect do to how slow the Brachi is at attacking. This is unlike the Titan who can EASILY kill a Giga, with no major health loss.

I think my favorite part of the Ark Addition creatures is the animations. They're just fantastic. Its all the little details that make it so awesome, I noticed that the Brachi has a bit of jiggle to the flesh on its neck/collarbone and thats just.... such a wonderful silly detail??? And I love it.
It looks like it doesn’t take damage while the adrenaline rush is activating, then takes damage again once it’s ready

As far as pvp goes since its based on drag weight it would probably be more of a player killer since players have a relatively low drag weight. The knockback would be good if you built in select locations like the waterfall base on rag you took out on your pvp series. You could easily knock down enemy dinos to the waterfall like you did with the reapers to the brachi. The size and the crest on its back along with the one sided saddle makes it great for soaking bullets but because of the health you are going to need to be careful. Over all if used correctly this could be a great asset in a pvp scenario.

Idk, if it doesn’t have a special ability, it’s not very useful in pvp. Tames are almost never player killers unless they fly, at least from my experience. You should use a stegosaurus to soak as they have more health and still protect the player, and they are easier to tame. Also, you can pick a stego with a Wyvern and drop it into a base to soak, but good Luke carrying an acro lol. The only Dino vs Dino combat is against paracers or other big dinos, which the acro can’t beat because of the high drag weight. If a player can’t outrun the acro, then they level their character stupidly for pvp. If they don’t have enough levels for speed to outrun it then you are fighting people you shouldn’t and you are officially the biggest prick ever. So no, I don’t think this is useful for pvp. This is coming from a pvp player who has never used the acro yet, keep that in mind.

The reason it was stance changing early was because of the knockback pushing the Acro into the air.

I think this might be added to ark. Considering on a mod menu 2 years ago the deinonychus was in the ark additions category and then added to the game. This might have potential since it doesn't have that crazy of a way to tame
Oh joy! I was looking at this last night on the mod page, asking why I haven't seen it before. I was expecting it to be around a little larger than the Allosaur, though.

The way this does damage should be implemented into regular ark. Especially PVE, like there is no reason for a mid-high level small creature to be able to take more than one hit from like a rex or even a bronto swing.
Then small creatures like argentavis would be useless as they would be one shot by a Rex. It makes sense, it’s just not balanced.
@@indyjacksontt4440 it doesnt need to be balanced for PVE. so in both ways, it makes sense. im a pve only player and would love to see raptors die in a couple hits from a bronto instead of tanking like 30.

I believe it would mostly be good for bosses (especially the manticore) because with a stance change it can block projectiles

Besides the Araneo the Pachy needs a TLC added to it. It's my favorite dinosaur ever and it needs a little love
Movement speed won't be an issue with imprinting it and also the bonuses from the imprint buffs and good saddle could easily make this a staple soaker.
Ever Since I Was A Kid I Was Interested In Dinosaurs. Learned So Much About Them! In The End I Have 3 Favorites The Spino Is My Favorite By Far, Then It’s The T. Rex, And Last But Not Least Is The Acro!!!

Yeah, it's size needs to be definitely smaller.
It's fine that way because most dinosaurs in ARK are nothing like their real life counterpart.

The Allos which were merged into eachother is a pretty common issue. It is quite handy if you want to tame allos, though. And you also get some prime meat.

Literally the only difference between the Regular Acro and the Scorched Acro are their habitats, and their head features
The regular Acro has a few spikes coming out of its head
The Scorched Acro has feathers on its head

Hello if you can you should get the mods that you can put your dino on your shoulder and also call them to you if you die or if you want to swap them from your base and tele some new dinos if you tame them you can tele them like kingdaddydmac does.

Acro, full well knowing it has several hundred more than the Rex despite irl Acro being 7 feet shorter than a tyrannosaurus: ahaha

The bite/attack variations need to be added to. Maybe not for all dinosaurs. Also every map needs to have the option to live as the dino only. The bite variations need to be more realistic. If you bite something you should be able to hang on & ingest it different then the way the game currently is.
