If anybody rages at Jason or pat in an airsoft game, both of em will make the aggressor look like a teletubby. I’m 95% sure Jason and pat have gotten into brawls and won.

There's a lot of shit stains in airsoft, exhibit a, my lil brother went one and some dude went around the corner, put the gun right to his neck and shot. My little brother took it like the Chad he was at 10 years old. That being said 99% of the players aren't dickheads about it, but there's a minority that want to make others mad or see them in pain.

It's always up to the field and the team running it to set the precedent for the day. If you have lax refs and field staff, well... you get this kind of stuff. Establish a baseline about rules and what is expected and follow up with appropriate action. Explain too that, hey man - you think you might be hitting someone but you're not actually since it's pretty hard to tell when you are at longer ranges. Golden rule - don't be a dick - do unto others what you would like done to you. Good, vigilant refs who are willing to do their jobs always feed into a good day of airsoft.

Once I turned 18 I just started buying real guns which I love shooting but obviously it's frowned upon to shoot your buddies with real guns lmao. Yee I go to a field down in south central Texas called airsoft Texas 10 and they have been open for a while now and they've only had 1 verbal fight and one of the refs "Ace" sorted it out and hes honestly nice and is kinda teaching me how to be a ref and I got to host 1 small game there and sorta liked it an thought it was cool

Was playing a match in one of those close quarter fields with plywood cover everywhere, was advancing towards the objective whatever the game mode was and I got sniped in the back of the head. I turn around to see a 6-year-old with a big ass bolt action airsoft gun no further than 15 ft away from me. This kid was on my team and his dad was sitting next to him and just shouted sorry! Two seconds later another one of our teammates gets sniped by this kid lmao. The kid had solid aim but for the wrong targets!

Large scale with vehicles and everything. Some people even use actual rifles with blanks. Never played airsoft myself. Just thought you guys would find it interesting.

@@nsa1905 I don't have any links off-hand, but they have a whole rule system for it where if you're fired on by someone using blanks you have to call yourself out, depending on the situation. They have OCs like real exercises.
I remember my first game. It was a DDay invasion style game and I was in a building when someone rushed in with his pistol. He stuck the barrel of the thing against my stomach below my plate carrier and fired 3 times, those were some bleeders dude lol
I had a guy go full Rambo at an event I was marshaling, jumped off the top of a single story set building onto two players, lifetime ban straight off the bat and we passed it around the other arenas near us, who we've worked with previously to ban him as well

Airsoft can seriously hurt sometimes. I usually try to cover up as much skin as I can to avoid bleeding. I actually recently started trying to play using historical uniforms. 1980s US Paratrooper. I know it's silly to use kevlar for a game, but I enjoy it.

@11:11 Some context on this one because there’s 20 secs missing on the front end. There were 2 ghillie suit snipers about 5 ft apart and one he did shoot… but the guy in the blue shirt didn’t see the second ghillie suit sniper (guy who shoot him (kickingmustang))… and so when he saw a ghillie suit sniper shoot him, he thought it was the same guy… so this is a case of mistaken identity. HOWEVER, he should have shut up, got a marshal/ref after walking away and talked about his concern and they could have cleared it up without detection/possibly being shot.

Last week someone at the match I was at said backpack hits dont count and yelled and screamed like a little girl over it at the guy who got him out and the refs. Then some chad walked up and yelled, "SHUT UP, ITS A GOD DAMN BB WAR"
I was at a field in Temecula Ca when I was younger and this one guy and friends obviously had some rage issues and bad parenting as his son was a problem the whole day. His son attacked someone for being shot point blank in the knuckle I believe. This field had no minimum engagement distance. The guy being attacked was a active Sheriff Swat Officer with his team of 8 guys using airsoft to train. The officer was just holding the kid to the ground just to get him to relax. The father thought his son was being attacked and than threw hands at the officer. Side note: the father and his buddies didn’t know he was an officer. As hands began to be thrown I’ve never seen 8 guys detain and pretty much close line every aggressive guy in the group of dudes so fast in my life. These dudes where thrown to the pavement so fast and put in handcuffs. After they all got taken to jail for assaulting multiple officers they had to serve 6 months as the owner revealed later. Those were police and it was so bad how things just turned, I hope no one is stupid enough to start anything with former SF guys.
Sounds like illegal detention of a minor. There’s no excuse for using violence against a kid who “aSsAuLtEd mEe”. Just a bunch of welfare leech communists trying to get their adrenaline rush by escalating to physical violence. It should have resulted in the use of the 2a to end their abuse of power. They likely had zero way to even prove they have government authority so they couldn’t have been on duty. Taking their word for it is how imposter cops get away with such crimes. 11:07 It isn't shown in the clip but the shotty guy did get the ghillie's partner (also in ghillie) just before so he was just confused, like "No way are there more than one ghillie in an area." 20:25 There typically are opening rules that very much go into details of all of those kinds of things.
I don’t know where you guys live but I would highly recommend going to a more local less popular to the outside world airsoft field, one with a nice balance of cqb and milsim as the players there have likely formed a community among each other and are more truthful to the point where things like this don’t happen. Anyways hope you have a fun first game!
I've been playing since 03 and seen my share of disgraceful interactions. Adrenaline gets flowing and people are hopped up on energy drinks man. The moment that sticks out the most right now was at an indoor field. Big place though like Costco size. My buddy and I are in a stack on a wall and this deck with a minigun turns the corner and point-blanks my guy under the plate carrier. I think we just startled him because he stopped and I leaned around my pissed off bloody buddy and pop minigun once in the dome.

Because for some reason people can’t take the idea of them ever being like everyone else in a “gunfight”. They have to be the “Hero” or the “John Wick”. It’s not about having fun, it’s about boosting your ego in front of others with your “skills”. It’s why I never airsoft with kids younger than 16.
I've never understood people complaining about playing the game; getting hit, gun jams/malfunctions, tactics, it's all part of the game. Call your hits, take your L and move on yo. It'd be like joining the UFC and then doing press conferences complaining about getting beat up... like what is your malfunction?

Lol I love these. I’ve been airsofting a while and I see freak outs occasionally. The only one I understand is the smoke grenade In the confined room. Usually not allowed near me. I did a lot of air soft a while back, I definitely got a little too immersed in it. I always loaded my truck with like 4 loadouts😂 spent like 10k on my gear over a year or so. Ghillie sniper, heavy mg support, etc. I have the 30cal on a tripod mount as well...no point tbh
I could see you guys running your own airsoft games with a whole bunch of other vets. That would be pretty savage. You could develop your own rules and types of games. It would be really cool. Looking forward to seeing you both in action!
As others are saying, these are extremes (besides the fat Brit). Most negative interactions involve some shit talking, telling the heated guy to walk away, and at most the ref gets involved and everything chills out. Remember my airsoft axiom: The other team always cheats. Also remember that (most players) are grown adult men playing dress-up with toy guns - if you're not having fun then you're doing it wrong. To answer your question about “What’s El Sueno?” What he really said was Sureños which is a Hispanic gang, one of the most dangerous ones. But I don’t think he was actually affiliated because 1) they’re not pussies and 2) they play with real guns
Paintball is about being honourable too, sometimes you might get hit with a paintball that doesn't break on impact. So you can either admit you were hit or pretend you weren't because there's no paint.

On the thing about the game being pure integrity. There are actually tracer bbs that you can use which show exactly where your hits are landing.

Has Savage done a react to MILSIM West before? Feel like it'd be interesting to see what you guys think of that. It's pretty insane from what I've watched. Pretty much like a force on force exercise. Large scale with vehicles and everything. Some people even use actual rifles with blanks. Never played airsoft myself. Just thought you guys would find it interesting.

@@nsa1905 I don't have any links off-hand, but they have a whole rule system for it where if you're fired on by someone using blanks you have to call yourself out, depending on the situation. They have OCs like real exercises.

I had a guy go full Rambo at an event I was marshaling, jumped off the top of a single story set building onto two players, lifetime ban straight off the bat and we passed it around the other arenas near us, who we've worked with previously to ban him as well
El sueno is the name of the main villain in ghost recon wildlands so if he was referencing to the group el sueno works in or the cartel he should have said Santa Blanca is where he’s going.
He said surenos, which is a west coast street/prison gang. They are real, but who knows if this guy is a member or just a wanna be.

Airsoft can seriously hurt sometimes. I usually try to cover up as much skin as I can to avoid bleeding.
I actually recently started trying to play using historical uniforms. 1980s US Paratrooper. I know it's silly to use kevlar for a game, but I enjoy it.

@11:11 Some context on this one because there’s 20 secs missing on the front end. There were 2 ghillie suit snipers about 5 ft apart and one he did shoot… but the guy in the blue shirt didn’t see the second ghillie suit sniper (guy who shoot him (kickingmustang))… and so when he saw a ghillie suit sniper shoot him, he thought it was the same guy… so this is a case of mistaken identity.
HOWEVER, he should have shut up, got a marshal/ref after walking away and talked about his concern and they could have cleared it up without detection/possibly being shot.
Yeah, ran into a lot of this at my local field. Reason I don't play anymore.
Now, I just train with Men, using Sim rounds.

Last week someone at the match I was at said backpack hits dont count and yelled and screamed like a little girl over it at the guy who got him out and the refs. Then some chad walked up and yelled, "SHUT UP, ITS A GOD DAMN BB WAR"

I was at a field in Temecula Ca when I was younger and this one guy and friends obviously had some rage issues and bad parenting as his son was a problem the whole day. His son attacked someone for being shot point blank in the knuckle I believe. This field had no minimum engagement distance. The guy being attacked was a active Sheriff Swat Officer with his team of 8 guys using airsoft to train. The officer was just holding the kid to the ground just to get him to relax. The father thought his son was being attacked and than threw hands at the officer. Side note: the father and his buddies didn’t know he was an officer. As hands began to be thrown I’ve never seen 8 guys detain and pretty much close line every aggressive guy in the group of dudes so fast in my life. These dudes where thrown to the pavement so fast and put in handcuffs. After they all got taken to jail for assaulting multiple officers they had to serve 6 months as the owner revealed later. Those were police and it was so bad how things just turned, I hope no one is stupid enough to start anything with former SF guys.
Sounds like illegal detention of a minor. There’s no excuse for using violence against a kid who “aSsAuLtEd mEe”. Just a bunch of welfare leech communists trying to get their adrenaline rush by escalating to physical violence. It should have resulted in the use of the 2a to end their abuse of power. They likely had zero way to even prove they have government authority so they couldn’t have been on duty. Taking their word for it is how imposter cops get away with such crimes. As soon as they touched the child, it should have been a mag dump into them. No, not an airsoft magazine.
11:07 It isn't shown in the clip but the shotty guy did get the ghillie's partner (also in ghillie) just before so he was just confused, like "No way are there more than one ghillie in an area."

I don’t know where you guys live but I would highly recommend going to a more local less popular to the outside world airsoft field, one with a nice balance of cqb and milsim as the players there have likely formed a community among each other and are more truthful to the point where things like this don’t happen. Anyways hope you have a fun first game!

I've been playing since 03 and seen my share of disgraceful interactions. Adrenaline gets flowing and people are hopped up on energy drinks man. The moment that sticks out the most right now was at an indoor field. Big place though like Costco size. My buddy and I are in a stack on a wall and this deck with a minigun turns the corner and point-blanks my guy under the plate carrier. I think we just startled him because he stopped and I leaned around my pissed off bloody buddy and pop minigun once in the dome.

Because for some reason people can’t take the idea of them ever being like everyone else in a “gunfight”. They have to be the “Hero” or the “John Wick”. It’s not about having fun, it’s about boosting your ego in front of others with your “skills”. It’s why I never airsoft with kids younger than 16.

I did a lot of air soft a while back, I definitely got a little too immersed in it. I always loaded my truck with like 4 loadouts😂 spent like 10k on my gear over a year or so. Ghillie sniper, heavy mg support, etc. I have the 30cal on a tripod mount as well...no point tbh
I could see you guys running your own airsoft games with a whole bunch of other vets. That would be pretty savage. You could develop your own rules and types of games. It would be really cool. Looking forward to seeing you both in action!

Most negative interactions involve some shit talking, telling the heated guy to walk away, and at most the ref gets involved and everything chills out.
Remember my airsoft axiom: The other team always cheats.
Also remember that (most players) are grown adult men playing dress-up with toy guns - if you're not having fun then you're doing it wrong.
Been playing for about 4 years and I've never seen anything reaching these levels of immaturity.

Paintball is about being honourable too, sometimes you might get hit with a paintball that doesn't break on impact. So you can either admit you were hit or pretend you weren't because there's no paint.
Bounces are fair play though, aren't out till you're marked.
