Although the driver came unharmerd out of his truck, he was sentenced to 8,5 years in prison. Three people died and 17 people were injured. It was the worst train accicent in the Czech Republic since 2008, this accident was in 2015.

It happened in CZ in Studénka. It was horrific, few people died and other were injured. It was also the worst train he could hit here. It is named Pendolino, it is fast, expensive and made from aluminium and the truck was full of some metal parts so he totally destroyed that train...... Also there is only one train of this type in CZ so he was extremly unlucky. And also he was from Poland, so he crashed abroad....

When you watch channels like „Idiots on Wheels“ with dash cam videos of car crashes, there are a lot with Russian pedestrians not giving a fuck whatsoever, mums pushing prams across multiple lane carriageways - not giving a fuck, two cars hitting each other and one getting catapulted across the road towards people waiting - no one gives a fuck - they just casually look, and that’s about it. Brilliant really. Be careful out there, though. A lot of fuckers out on the roads! Happier New Year 2021! 😜

@@genelomas332 I remember reading somewhere that he indeed broke his hand, but I can find that article anymore. Most reports about this incident/accident only mention that he injured his hand.

This is why pilots are trained to never stop on the runway! Do all the run ups and checks before getting on runway. Once on it, never stop!!

You ever see something like that happen in like a Looney Tunes cartoon and thought "that's really stupid, nobody would run away from a falling tree in a straight line like that" and then RUclips came along and it's actually the first instinct for a surprising number of real people.

Was on hwy 1 outside of Vancouver when a family of ducks were crossing. Everyone slowed down for them. I guess Canadians really are that nice.
It's also the road, it's rarely safe to slam on the brakes on any form of 3 lane road (what ever you country calls them) as the speed and theres always someone behind you. Combined with the fact that the ducks are so small you don't notice them till your already to close for the breaks to have an massive effect.
So at that point it's a risk assessment is the life of the passengers and driver worth the lives of the duck hockey team? To risk slamming on the breaks and getting rear ended by a truck. Most vehicles served out of the way as it was the safer option. As for Canada slowing down for ducks I can gurrentee that was not in a similar situation. Either a slower road or less people on the road which in both cases means you spot the ducks earlier and is safer to slow down.
As frankly if I thought I couldn't safely avoid the duck hockey team I'm afraid the ducks are gonna struggle for subs on the next game.
@@kino6395 haha, actually kinda funny that you say this. It was a high speed, three lane section of highway and it *WAS* dangerous that everyone was slamming on the brakes. But once the people in the front do it, then everyone else has to follow suit. I was actually suprised that no one made contact with the ducks or another vehicle. There was way more traffic that day than what's in this video.
@@kino6395 Yeah, I know two people who got into serious accidents avoiding animals in the road. One rolled the car down an embankment and the other spun out and slammed into a tree. Sad to say but its generally not a good idea to pull any extreme maneuvers to avoid a small animal.

That clip with dude in the Little Airplane actually had me Gasp in fear . That was scary asf
He was in a glider, so he couldn't even do anything as he's in an unpowered aircraft, probably waiting for either a towing aeroplane to go up, or a towing tractor to go into the hangar. Either way, somebody seriously screwed up in that incident, and will almost certainly get a serious penalty for it. Either the glider pilot landed/set up on the wrong runway, or the three aerobatics planes were in the wrong place. But someone is in deep, deep trouble for that I imagine.

@@chromitehertz9016 Very true. But every single manual and aviation law code in the world stipulates that the ultimate responsibility for avoiding collisions on the ground and in the air rests with the pilot.
The control tower will of course get some punishment, but probably not much more than a stern telling off. The pilots on the other hand are in danger of losing their licenses.

Two of these videos were filmed within a mile of each other. The crane video was at the Saint Peterburg police station and the stadium where the baseball video was filmed is 2 blocks away

Videos where you can hear the shot more clearly, indicates that it is a blank round being fired.
Still, yes, he keeps his cool pretty well!! But had the blank round gone off directly into the back of his head, he wouldn’t have been able to just stand there.

So let me get this straight, no one informs the oncoming pilot that there's a plane stuck in the middle of the runway?
Someone in that control tower needs to get transferred to another job.
That accident happened at the 2016 Reno Air Races. The pilot of the disabled aircraft was trying to signal a problem by raising the canopy. However, the other 3 aircraft had been given a green flag and were on departure roll. As someone else stated, it is hard to see what is in front of those type aircraft, so the pilot of the aircraft that struck the disabled one probably didn't know it was there until impact. If you look just before impact, the pilot in the red aircraft is looking straight ahead.
All of these made my brain think of that scene in life of Brian “you lucky lucky bastard”

Few years ago, I stopped traffic on a major highway during morning rush hour to save a mother duck and ducklings. Another guy stopped to help out and it was a win. Hate when others don't give a shit about animals.

I always stop for animals in the road and only once was the driver behind me absolutely horrible about me stopping to allow 3 raccoons to cross in front of me. He was in his truck behind me YELLING about how stupid I was to stop, DEMANDING I just go even if I have to run them over. He didn't have an emergency to get to, he pulled into the Dunkin Donuts drive-thru a few minutes later. Absolutely disgusting. Usually people are very patient and understanding, a couple times they actually get out and help stop oncoming traffic so that the animals can cross safely. It isn't the animals fault that humanity has paved scars into the earth and its heartbreaking that there are people so selfish and ignorant enough to claim anything that tries to cross it.

I like to think that there's a planet out there in which raccoons, ducks, and other animals run over humans that just don't care.

Omg, mama duck is such a brave and smart mama! 😭 She waited and moved at just the right moments, im so glad they all got to safety on the other side 😥. There needs to be bridges going across (or under!) for animals to safely get across.

There's a time of the year when geese (Canada Geese at least) can't fly, it's when they molt their flight feathers. It's also around the time when the younger ones are approaching being young adults and still growing their first flight feathers, so the family is big and takes up a lot of space slowly doing their congo lines on the road.

Oh yes you can see that. A couple of near traffic accidents, a falling crane on a worksite, a false bullet headshot, an almost blood and brain matter splattered plane wing, a terrorized football stadium, and a train collision.......but its the ducks that is giving the anxieties here.
