    My biggest regret was starting at age 11 hesitating and not following through with my desires no matter they were or who they were.

    Yo, I don't mean to discourage you but a "rut" is very different from an "off" day, it varies from person to person but it's usually a downward spiral caused by something traumatic or a supernatural stimulus such as drugs. It's where nothing seems to go right and you're always drained more often than not suicidal with lots of mental health and probably physical health problems. It's where basically everything seems like it goes against you. So comparing something like that with an all nighter seems insensitive and frankly out of touch. I don't mean to criticize you and huge respect for your consistency but please be more mindful before you make videos on important topics.
