    Thanks for the recipe! Made it a few times and good overall but sometimes it's not smooth like yours and has too many bubbles. Do you know what the cause could be?

      Try non-dairy cream. chilled utensils. After sometime, it gets curdled so u need to pipe with it quickly as soon as it is made

      I noticed that I get more bubbles using a whisk attachment--the beater attachment like in this video may help. Also, once it's all mixed and ready, mix it and smooth it by hand with a rubber spatula, that knocks out a lot of bubbles. For final smoothing after frosting a cake, chill it and give it a quick run over with a slightly warmed smooth edge.

      Once i pipe and refrigerate, it lasts for quite sometime but better to pipe it as soon as made and then refrigerate

    By using this frosting we can apply fondant work on cakes

    • @versatilecuisines
      @versatilecuisines  2 года назад +2

      You can use stabilized whipped cream to frost any cake. But i wouldnt recommend covering it under the fondant. Whipped cream even the stabilized one may not be able to hold the weight of the fondant as it has too much liquid in it.
      Buttercreams work under the fondant.

      Yes, this can be used as it is the stabilized form. U can multiple the ingredients quantity in case if u want more.

      can dairy whipping cream be used? Would this frosting be ok to use a numbers cake with a round 4D piping tip?

    • @versatilecuisines
      @versatilecuisines  2 года назад

      You can use dairy whipping cream but that is hard to pipe with it as it deflates pretty quickly and at times stiff peaks are even harder to achieve. Try on a small batch first if possible. Most ppl love the taste dairy cream offers.
