funny story. ive been infected twice by an ear infection known as swimmers ear. which you can get when water goes inside your ear. i dont really know what happens buit when water keeps going in and out your ear canal gets swollen and you cant hear very well from that ear. if you want to treat it just get some ear drops it usually subsides. idk why im leaving this comment on a non medical related video :P
