I've been thinking of asking you for a long time, but I used to always forget. When you use de steamer in the doors and air vents, there's no problem electrical parts? Is the battery disconnected??

i never waste money on auto car washes anymore because my car comes out looking the same somehow lol. i just take the time to do it myself and it always feels good driving away in a fresh car.
This is the exact reason why I wash my truck and not go to those types of car washes. So much gets missed especially after a snow. Great work on this one Mitch!
Just curious as to why you don't clean inside 1st. Seems like it'd be better to start on inside. It and seats could be drying while doing exterior.

Compared to a lot of the toxic waste vehicle's that you have cleaned. Like the one that had rat 💩 and nasty mice nest. This truck obviously had dirt and mystery stuff but not that bad at all... Congrats on your new place. Keep doing what you are awesome at. Because I truly enjoy watching. Stay safe

Automatic car washes, especially touchless ones, are absolutely no substitute for an exterior detail or just doing it yourself. There’s one touchless wash near me that doesn’t even get the rear end of the car AT ALL. The “best” auto wash near me is not touchless but still misses stuff. Overall, they’re probably best for if your car is somewhat dirty and doesn’t have anything really stuck on and you don’t have the means, money, or time to wash it yourself or pay a detailer.
Watching the rinsing it looked like the previous washing acted as a glue and stuck the remaining mud onto the paint, even with the sped up footage it looked difficult getting it sprayed off.
Do u use more than 1 towel to dry the larger vehicles off with and do u make sure that the vehicle is totally dry. Loving your channel from Martinsville INDIANA

On vehicles with no gas cap, is there any precautions necessary when washing/ rinsing inside the fuel door to avoid getting water in the fuel?
Gotta say, that red paint is beautiful. Don’t think I’ve ever seen a red Ram before, they’re all white, grey or black around here.
If a car is that much caked with mud you have to spray it off before running it through an automatic car wash. So I am not surprised.

Hey Mitch...what's the tool you use to get the crud out of the creases in the pedals before you steam them? Just a utility knife?
There is only so much a car wash can do. If your car is super dirty, it's not the car wash's fault... you thoroughly clean it with the pressure washer before you wash it with foam etc., at a car wash, this (typically) doesn't happen. If you didn't do the pressure wash first, the second step of washing would leave swirls in the paint too.

Mitch, I use foam paint brushes to clean the vents on the dash. They are very soft and flexible and slide right into the vents easily and clean the slats very thoroughly and quickly. Cheers from a frosty Australia

What is your secret on how to get imbedded sand out of carpet? It almost seems that no matter how many times you vacuum it you never really get it all.

You must install lift. So that you can lift the vehicle and can clean properly under body shell.

So your garage is heated, but not cooled? Have you considered a wall mounted AC unit?
Would say open the door to the house/garage, turn the ac up & put a fan to blow the cool air into the garage.
I know I used to do that when the ac was in the room next to mine cause I didn't wanna hear that noise & just put my silent fan in the doorway & it blew that nice cold air to me quietly 😄
Several months ago i was watching Wilson Auto Detailing he had a from truck that was caked with mud all over. When he got to the inside you could see mud caked on the inside door jambs. He says the owner didn't ask him to clean it so he wasn't going too. Since when is a door jamb not a regular think with out the owner having to ask?

Would be good if the pressure washer wand grip had a small torch attached to it so that you get a better look at the wheel wells.
That old Ram looks rejuvenated 100%. The paint sealant really made it pop!

Always enjoy the videos and watch at least twice. Higher temps and humidity can be a real drain. A job well done is a good reward and getting cleaned up afterward feels extra nice.
In Australia RAM’s are becoming more popular, we call them Utes though.

Would love to see you deal with salt stains in the carpet. In Ontario they put so much salt on the roads that you get salt deposits that are hard as a rock and very difficult to remove would love to see your approach

2 questions for your sealant:
1) I have TONS of very minor swirl marks. Will your sealant hide this, or should I cut it first?
2) how much pressure do you need to use when buffing the haze? I really struggle with waxes because it takes so much effort and I have some physical issues. But I want a nice shiny truck 😞

just to show you car wash does poor job. This why I don't do these . Have to neighbors that have 2021 cars doge and Camaro. They go to Quick Quack makes me Cringe. I try to explain as a detail person what can happened. But they just ignore the subject.
The best part I like is seeing the brake pad and accelerator getting cleaned.
This truck looks like it makes the owner money. Or they like playing in the mud.
The fact you use the pressure washer inside your garage amazes me. Not calling it dumb, I’m saying your ability to not damage the walls with water is amazing. I enjoy every video you put out.
